Nathaniel Milton made purchasing a car for my college student as easy as it gets!! His professionalism is what someone who knows so little about cars needs when it comes to making such an important purchase. Thank you for your continued service!

Ryan Snyder is the man to speak with if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly, and knows his Hondas. I came in to briefly look at an Odyssey and he was more than helpful and understood that I wasn't quite ready to buy. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Note: This review is strictly based on the Service Department. I had no interaction with the actual sales staff on the showroom floor. Brought my wife's 2013 Honda Accord in for battery management sensor recall in January. We also requested some diagnostic testing to be performed on the vehicle's brake and/or suspension components as the car tended to fishtail every time we hit a pot hole or applied the brakes aggressively. We eventually received a call from the service department identifying the fish-tailing problem. Apparently, the independent shop that last performed our wheel alignment after changing out the four tires damaged some suspension components. Honda was able to fix it and perform another wheel alignment to confirm everything was fine. Fast forward 48 hours and my wife gives me a call to inform me that there is a loud banging sound coming from the brakes. She luckily pulled into a local restaurant parking lot and I quickly diagnosed the problem. The front driver side brake caliper literally fallen off and it was scraping and banging against the inside of the wheel. I don't know what happened at Honda, but I would suspect that a technician had checked the brake components while diagnosing the fish-tailing problem and forgot to properly torque down the brake caliper bolts upon completion of the inspection. The Honda Service Department did try to contact me regarding this unfortunate event, but they stated that no work was done to the brakes. For obvious liability reasons, I would expect that statement from them as none of the service paperwork mentioned work being conducted on the brakes. However, as I mentioned, I brought the car in for a full diagnosis of the fishtailing problem, so who's to say a technician didn't do their due diligence and inspect brake components. The other scenario would be that the brake caliper bolts suddenly decided to untorque themselves after about 50k miles. Although the Service Department personnel were quite nice, this unfortunate event has made me lose faith in the service department. I will probably still take my Honda here only for recalls, but that's about it. I will find a local mechanic where I can build trust. I appreciated the fact that they provided me a list of recommended services (oil change, transmission fluid change/flush, air filter, cabin air filer).

Great experience overall - knew I wanted a Honda from the start and they helped me confirm that initial need. Ryan Snyder did a great job at explaining the buying a car process- especially for a first time buyer like me!

I'm never going to Martin Honda Service again. I had an appt for a 60k mile checkup for my CRV to drop off in the morning and pick up after the work day at 5:30. I got a call at 4:15 that day saying that they were behind and probably wouldn't be able to get to my car. I had left the car there ALL DAY. When I explained that my husband needed the car the following day to drive to NC, they suggested that if they could not get to the car that we could pick it up and make a new appointment. That is awful customer service. We made an appointment and scheduled his trip around this. They did "check" the car by 6:30 that evening, but must have done a rush job because we took the car in for an inspection 2 days later and the mechanic said that the serpentine belt in the engine should be replaced. When we told him that we had just had a 60k checkup, he was beyond shocked that this was not made known to us. It was very obvious that the belt needed to be replaced. So clearly the appointment at Martin was very rushed and I'm never coming back.

So what do you write about a lying salesperson? Lousy service and support? Missing all the fine details? Lousy Pricing? - Martin Honda. Lies - was interested in buying a Honda Odessey Minivan. Salesperson told me you change the timing belt every 110-130k miles. WRONG - 90k according to manufacture specs. First rule in car buying, ask a tough question you know the answer to, to figure out if the sales person is honest or saying whatever it takes to get the sale. Price - We'll get you to $33,500 (2nd offer)....Competitor was $32,000 on first offer, excluding $500 Cash Back from Honda. Service - Our old '03 Accord was bought from Martin, back when I would work every other friday. I spent a weeks worth of every other Fridays there hoping they'd fix whatever it was that was wrong with the Accord. The people there are very friendly, kind, and considerate. But a little misinformation, lousy pricing, and bad service is not a good way to earn my business.
