Mark was a phenomenal lender! For starters he had the BEST rates (compared to Bank of America and Fairway and my local credit union) and he was .375-.5% lower than them all. I reached out to Fairway and they were very rude and not helpful. In addition, he was so transparent and honest about how everything worked with pricing, rates, and closing costs. Another win in my book was that he was a broker so he didn't have fees like origination charges and processing fees. If you are looking for an all around great lender that truly understands finances, cares about his clients and gets the job done, I strongly recommend him.

Mark, was outstanding! I have worked with several lenders in the past and Mark stands out because he went out of his way to help my family get the best rate. He took calls at all hours and days of the week because he wanted to make sure our buying and refinancing process went fast and quickly so that we could lock down the best rate. His brother is a relator too, so if you want a dynamite team that communicates efficiently and fast, this is also a great thing to consider. With the market right now being crazy and houses selling so fast, we would have benefited from using the brother team if we had known before committing to a different relator before finding Mark.
