Marie Fox and her team are outstanding! We have worked with them for both the original purchase of a home and a refinance. They understand that communication is the key to getting a loan closed quickly. We always knew what was needed and where we were in the process. I highly recommend Marie.

If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. Marie and her assistant were next to impossible to get in contact with, never returned emails, phone calls, voicemails or texts, she never updated us with any information nor advised us in any next steps to do in order to move along with the process of purchasing our first home. We tried our very best for 4 months to go through the process of applying for a mortgage and never progressed in any way. We’ve now contacted another agency and we now see how little effort Marie put forth in our case. I would highly recommend no one ever use her.

After the initial application I can no longer get in touch with Marie to move forward with even an approval letter. I have since moved onto another company. What a shame.
