    Did not get a return phone call from the Sales Manager. Had to bring my 2018 C-Max (brand new) in for servicing 6 times before the problem was identified and wanted to relay my dissatisfaction verbally. I left a detailed message for the Sales Manager indicating my issue and NEVER received a return phone call. A return phone call was the least that could have been done. I was totally ignored which shows they don't appreciate their customers that have been doing business with them for 15+ years.

    First time using this Ford dealer, first impression is good. Its hard for some reason to find a trusted Ford dealer in the area.

    Very disappointed...brought my vehicle there for service, and was treated poorly. I trusted the reviews and they did not treat me like a valued customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Spent over $1000 for a power steering pump and it sounds terrible. Brought it back a week later and they said it's supposed to be loud like that. I'll take it someplace else spend the extra money and have it done correctly.

    I've gone to Marcotte Ford in Holyoke before and have never had any issues, but my most recent experience was absolutely awful! I went for an oil change and booked an appointment online. I went to the waiting area and just happened to be sitting in a spot where I could see my car. My car sat there unmoved for an hour. I finally went over to ask why it was taking so long for my car to get an oil change. The man I spoke with said they were going to get to it right then. I walked away and my car sat there for another 20-30 minutes. Just when I was going to get up again, they finally took my car in for an oil change. Two hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oil change when you actually have an appointment!! Additionally, they gave my keys to another customer! I looked up while waiting and saw a gentleman get into my car and first thought it was an employee taking the car in. I then saw the gentleman get out of my car and walk in to the waiting area to sit down. He was a customer. When I mentioned this the service guy gave me a look as if that would never happen. Never going back here again!!! Do not recommend.

    I bought my car from this place during the summer and I’m highly disappointed that I did instead of going to an actual Nissan dealer. Although my salesman Andrew was very nice they did not follow through with what was said. Just 3 days after buying the car I had to drop the car back off for almost a week in order to have issues fixed that I was told would be done before I picked up the car. However only part of what needed to be fixed was done because the so-called surface scratches the vehicle had that I was told would be buffed and detailed out never happened. My salesman couldn’t figure out how my remote start works and I’ve tried sense to figure it out on my own now they tell me It’s really not something they need to fix even though my car should have remote start and that’s one of the reasons why I bought the car I’m extremely upset about how my situation has been handled since I bought this car and I would not recommend going here. About a month after purchasing the car I had to drop the car off again because of notifications that will not go away and I had to pay for them to fix it even though once again I was told it would be fixed before I picked up the car. This has been one issue after the other with this place and I truly regret buying my car from here I would not recommend it All they have done is push off the responsibility of what they should have taken care of then on me and tell me to go to other places ,smh, not good customer service in my opinion.

    John and Jose were great yesterday when I was finally able to get my broken 2012 Ford Fusion up there. They knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it while I waited.     Went in for a transmission oil and filter service. I was told this was a big job and would take 2 hours because they had to drop the transmission pan to change the filter. I got the car back two and a half hours later and found that they only changed the fluid via the dipstick tube and they said the pan is sealed yet it was still $178 dollars and took two hours.
