    I’ve banked here for over 15 years and their customer service went from great, to just trash. There are a few that are amazing; kit is always sweet and smiley, the blonde that works the drive thru is always great as well. Ashley has the worst customer service over the phone, that I’ve encountered in quite some time lmao. It’s honestly a pain to deal with most of their staff, they’re just very very unpleasant and probably should not work customer service… but yeah not a bad bank other than the trash staff 😂

    Worst bank in oregon. My wife and I had about $2500 stolen out of our account and MAPS refused to do anything about it. We have switched over to Oregon State Credit Union, and are very pleased with their service.

    Terrible customer service. They act as if they're doing you a favor by working there. ATMs, their own branch atms are out of order on the regular. Their holds on check or direct deposit is a lot longer than most. If you have alternatives in who you choose to bank with, I would look at them.

    So far very disappointed in Maps. My husband and I bought a car in August and provided Maps with our proof of insurance. Everything was fine until last month when we were charged doubled for our car payment. After contacting Maps, they stated that they did not have proof of insurance on our vehicle so they added insurance to our loan, doubling our monthly payment and adding over $4000 to the back end of our loan, all of this was done WITHOUT CONTACTING US. After a very long phone conversation and lots of wait times, I was told that they don’t have any real answers for me on why this happened. Now we wait a week for $4000 to be taken off the back end of our loan and then another 7-10 business days after that to get our $800 sent back to us. Thank god for savings, I can’t imagine what people less fortunate would do in this situation. Now, we will be calling each month to verify they didn’t “misplace” our proof of insurance so this doesn’t happen again. Thinking maybe we should just refinance and go with another bank. Very disappointing.

    We had our auto loan from here and they screwed us over a few times saying we didn't make our payment when we did, then threatened to confiscate our vehicle if we didn't pay. So I wouldn't recommend taking a auto loan from these people they like to randomly not get your payment. Nothing but issues with these people, go somewhere else.

    I switched to MAPS after a bad experience at Wells Fargo. At first they were really helpful and it felt like the perfect place. Now they are rude when I call on the phone, they charge a fee if your account is not used, they force you to switch to MasterCard even if you don't want to, and they hold your deposits for days and let your account go into the negative. This credit union is so full of bureaucracy that they don't even care about the average customer anymore.

    Isiah, the assistant branch manager, helped me out a lot with getting a last minute contract notarized and showed outstanding concern and care for my needs. They've always done well. I have an account for myself and my LLC and I even got my mortgage through MAPS. They're great to deal with.

    MAPS is a joke. I sold a boat I had a loan on through them and the rep I spoke with at the Stayton location assured me my account was closed after the buyer paid off the loan in full. The only reason I had a MAPS account was for my boat loan because at the time they had the lowest rates. Fast forward 8 months and I get a notice in the mail saying my account is negative because there’s been a “maintenance fee” every month for the last 8 months. The account should have been closed when the boat was sold, they simply dropped the ball. Then to get a statement 8 months later in the mail showing a negative balance for some BS fees? Come on people. They seem to employ inexperienced tellers and loan officers who have no idea what they’re doing.

    I went in because I wasn't understanding an issue I had with my account. Nicholas Williams listened to my problem, took care of it, and explained it to me so I would not have this issue in the future. A+ customer service!
