I was very pleased with Jennifer Tewell as my mortgage representative at Major Mortgage when I recently purchased a new to me home in Cortez Colorado. I am retired, not very tech savvy and Jennifer helped me from start to finish with patience & access to her expertise 24/7. We closed a a week earlier than expected!!

Tor and his team were great to work with. We were able to do everything online, they answered all my questions. I've worked with Tor before and I highly recommend him and his Team.

Vern Larson and his team in Pueblo are true professionals. They have assisted several of my buyers through the process of getting financing to buy new homes, as well as, assisting some of my past clients that decided to refinance their homes. I do and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Major Mortgage does not mean major service so don't let their tag line fool you! If I could give 0 stars I would! I was not very happy with the service we received for the short time we worked with this company. We were working with a gentleman who ended up leaving the company before we closed on any of the phases of our home buying project (it had to be done in several for the type of property it is). Because of this and some other extenuating circumstances our loan was going to be a little different and would close for us later than the timelines given for what was contracted. When our original guy left our account was handed over to Adam. He never called or communicated other than to tell me that he was now in charge of our account. The day before the acceptance of loan deadline I called and emailed several times to see what was going on. Since our account was so different I thought he would at least want to call and see what was going on or what the plan was. He never did and as a result our contract fell through. If he would have asked or bothered to even talk to us once he would have learned how this process was going to go and would have learned that in fact our loan was going to work out and we would have closed just fine. We moved to a different company and guess what. We didn't have any problems and our loan closed just perfectly! We got the home of our dreams, but not with any help from this company. All it would have taken was one simple conversation with us to figure out what was actually going on.

Jan Hart, at Major Mortgage in Cortez, Colorado has a very efficient and personable team. They will make financing your home purchase a stress free experience! Jan's knowledge of the finance world is priceless.....she can make it happen!

Beau Bradley and his team made my first time home buying experience a nightmare. Full of bad communication, false promises, and lack of knowledge. The loan finally approved after weeks of extensions due to his team missing deadlines.Tried to make it right at the end but ultimately couldn't provide what was promised. Very unhappy with his service. Would not recommend.
