Went in because it says they cash personal checks, they refused to cash it. They said flat out they do not cash personal checks even though it says so in two different languages at the place and on their Google description with a big giant checkmark insuring that it is in fact true. Very question the answer was no, even when I asked them if there was a location I could cash it, just no.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but they don't have negative stars so... I went to cash a county child support check and they would not cash it! The young girl at the counter said it was because they couldn't reach the bank?! They asked why I don't have direct deposit! Even though that is absolutely none of their business, I answered that ridiculous question. Had I not been on my lunch break I definitely would have had their "manager" come out and explain why exactly they would not cash it. Should have read the reviews first!

The lady Betty who runs the place is very unprofessional and had me wait 2 hours while helping other people in front of me and not answering my questions and treating me like a fraud when everything was legal as well as holding onto my I.d and check very unprofessional I also own my own business and know that this isn’t how business is conducted

This place doesn’t give cash advance on credit cards. Apparently they don’t have a way to pass ur card..

Really expensive prices compared to other similar businesses. The prices for their services are very expensive, compared to other similar businesses.

Don’t go to this place. DO NOT CASH CHECKS IN THIS PLACE BE CAREFUL. Rude people. VERY EVIL PEOPLE WORK IN THIS PLACE.
