I lack education on loans and have learned the hard way about credit cards. I am very thankful for Silverlake Financial. The customer service is wonderful via text message and over the phone. They make it very easy to understand, answer my questions promptly and guided me to the best decision for my individual needs. I also really like the way that the loans are structured, and that there is no penalty for paying the loan off early. It also helped my credit score go back up to where it use to be.

I called SilverLake Financial not knowing what to expect. After submitting my information online, I received a call from David P*******. He was excellent! He was very thorough and explained in great detail what would work and what wouldn't work in my situation. I referred my coworker to SilverLake Finanical and told her to ask for David. She was just as pleased as I was with his attitude, demeanor and customer service.

This company was amazing and easy to work with to learn about options for what was best for my son and me. David went above and beyond to make sure that I knew exactly what those options were, and he helped me to get everything situated and on the right track. He seemed to actually care about being able to help me, and he made me feel like I wasn't just another account. He even followed up later in the day to make sure that things were all taken care of. I was definitely impressed with the customer service from him as well as all of the other people that I interacted with during this process.

We were in the process of opening a new location when we ran short on funds and didn't want to miss our deadline as clients were already pre booking and we wanted to ensure we would be ready on time. Alex got our file submitted and assured us we would hear back from an underwriter within 24 hours. Alex called us the next day asking a few detailed questions as he was trying to they us setup with options that made sense for us. The process was very simple and quick. Working with this company has been a positive experience. I am also very happy with the the level of service and professionalism I received from my representative Anthony at SilverLake. Every time I spoke with him I was treated as if I was the only person he was talking and is only goal was to find the best solution for my needs.

The representative was very helpful , and covered all the details on the various options available for me. Unfortunately no fault of their own, none were appealing. When dealing with this company know that they are not actually the lending company, they will collect your information and submit your request for multiple lenders and see which one will give you the best offer.

At first, I was apprehensive but Kris made sure that I felt comfortable going through the entire process from the application to underwriting call and verification to funding. Kris knows how to make his client feel comfortable. I'm really happy that he was my loan processor, so attentive and patient!

The sales representative was polite and went through everything very thoroughly with me. Very understanding of what my goal was and helped a lot with all my questions.
