I am going to school in Rochester and I put in the wrong zip-code while searching for a car, but found the perfect one. I contacted Billy DeGaetano and gave him the situation. He was able to get the financing and paperwork set up remotely while I wasn't there in person. I came home for a weekend and he delivered the car 40 minutes away to accommodate lack of transportation! Amazing! He answered any questions I had, and continues to do so after purchase. Highly recommend for purchasing a vehicle!

Poppy was excellent. Their team was so nice. We walked in and we were like kids in a candy shop with the selection!!! Honest and friendly staff. We were even given an entire turkey dinner for the family!!!!!

It's tough to leave good reviews for a car dealership (as we basically all know that they are trying to sell a car for the highest possible price), but I can say that the people at MAG auto are among the nicest to work with and provide one of the most pleasant experiences.

Forget the other dealers, Mag auto is the place to go if your looking for honest, patient, friendly people that will treat you like family and won't try to fool you with gimmicks and slick talk. Just bought a GMC Acadia and I couldn't be happier, I won't be going anywhere else for my next car, thanks Mag Auto.

These guys are cheets. Sell cars that are not safe. Reset engine lights before selling cars. Send cars with bad parking brakes and seats that don’t work. Then won’t fix the problems.

If you need a used car I would go here and NO PLACE ELSE. Papi is THE BEST and nothing like other used car dealer. Brought one car for my daughter - he even found me. Tesla!!!
