Working with Ben and the team at Madison Mortgage was a pleasure. Ben worked hard to get me the best possible rate on my refi and the rest of the team (especially Sara) worked super hard to stream line the process for me and make everything as simple as possible.

As first time homeowners, Ben and his team were exceptional! They were with us every step of the way, very responsive with any question or concerns they made the process seamless.

Working with Ben and his entire team was a real pleasure. My wife and I wanted to refinance a construction loan that we had taken to do some significant work on our home, so we reached out to Ben for some advice and his thoughts. He advised us, at the time, not to move on the refi right away since rates had bumped up and instead suggested we check back with each other in a few months. Our impression there was that Ben was doing the right thing for us and our situation, not just to "make the sale." Exactly what you want to see in someone you are working with on such an important subject like refinancing your home. A few months later, we revisited and it seemed like the right time to move forward. Not only did we get a great rate, but we were able to do away with the costly mortgage insurance ($275/mo) we had to take with the original loan. Ben took the time to answer any questions we had and was readily and easily available by phone or email at any point during the application process. The closing was done at our home on a Thursday evening, and was over in literally 20 minutes. Opening a post office box takes longer! I only have positive things to say about Ben. From the beginning of our home buying process until now he has been helpful and knowledgeable about any and all questions we've had.
