M&T Bank Camp Rd, Hamburg

I wish I could rate more stars! This bank is wonderful to deal with, and Lisa the teller went above and beyond my expectations! She was friendly, didnt confuse me when I asked questions, she made dealing with the issue I had go away!! I will ask for her every time I go here! Please if there is a option for raises, give her one! :) She made me from switching banks,due to a screw up at the other Hamburg m&t bank!!! Thank you Lisa, you were a breath of fresh air!

I walked to this bank to deposit a check my Daughter signed over to me. I maintain her college funds in a checking account with M&T. The teller tells me that she cannot deposit the check without a copy of my Daughter's driver's license. So, I have my Daughter send me a copy of her license and walk back into the same branch. A different teller deposits the check without requiring a copy of my Daughter's driver's license. I do not know which teller was correct but I feel totally discriminated against by the first teller.

Called and left message last Thurs for mortgage terms and rates called again for following Thurs. On hold for 5.min (not bad OK) then sent to voice mail just picked key bank for a 400000.00 dollar mortgage 😎 that's how business is done!

Worst bank ever! Tellers move like snails unfriendly people who work there. If they hate their jobs move on to something else, maybe it's the short fat dude who works there who sets the tone....

Slowest bank in the world. Only one teller working. Horrible for customer service if you ask me.

An excellent local bank. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
