Mark and Jeff were both very easy to work with and made the tax experience bearable. Both were willing to spend time with me to ensure we had all the docs needed, and had a good sense of humor and levity about them which was really nice. Hours are great (the extended hours on some days of the week are greatly appreciated) and make it easy to engage. Will be back next year and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
