M&T Bank Waltham Woods Rd, Baltimore

I don’t know if this is a law with bank saving accounts but I HATE the 6 minimum withdrawals limit. To keep matters simple, I was in a situation where I had no choice but to make separate withdrawals within a given month and M&T didn’t like that so they blew up my phone and left voicemails then gotten letters in the mail being professionally threatened to have my account removed. So with my financial situation under control, I no longer have a savings and just keeping my checking account. I didn’t bother returning the calls to these women because one of them went out their way to threaten me in a professional tone. So from now on I don’t go inside the bank to see a teller. I make all my deposits through the Indoor ATM and all is well. If it wasn’t for the rude employee, I would have walked inside and explain my situation and maybe work something out. But as a M&T customer since 2013, this took me by suprise. On some days, expect to wait almost 10-30 minutes max for someone to see you since they only have 2 people working behind the counter the last time I went to a teller. Knocked off 2 star for the stupid 6 max withdrawals per month and the threatening voicemail.

I really dislike this location! Customer service is awful. I refuse to bank with M&T, but I have a credit card, and I’m ready to close that because to make payments is absolutely difficult when you don’t have a savings or checking account with them. I constantly have to come to the bank, this location, Because it’s the closet, but every last senior citizen woman in this bank is rude! They need more diversity too!

One of the tellers misplaced the cash I handed to them for a deposit, claimed I never gave it to her and told me she did not lose it, after speaking to the manager swearing up and down I did, magically the teller found it and apologized, recently been in there multiple times and it takes 30+ minutes to even see a teller. I'll be moving banks soon, if you aren't and stuck with MT bank, steer clear from this chain.

I've been trying to get a new debit card now for the past 4 months and I have not received one yet if i could give you guys negative 5 stars I would this is just ridiculous and poor customer service. 😡😷

I have had a very good ecperience when dealing with Leslie and Anne at the North Plaza Mall location. I cant sat enough of the way the treated my family. I would recommend this branch to everyone Thanks again Jim

THEY SIP THEIR STINKING COFFEE OR TEA ☕AND IGNORE YOU👊👊👊 I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU TO ONLY WAIT SO LONG FOR THEM TO GREET AND SAY SOMETHING ANYTHING 😡😡😡😡 THEY WALK PASS AND ALL YOU SEE IS THAT BLONDE MOHAWK FATHEAD LADY SMH. FORGIVE ME FOR THE NAME CALLING😭. IM SO UPSET WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS BANK! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I VISIT THIS PLACE ! THEY NEED A NEGATIVE ZERO🚫 RATING

Horrible drive through ATM...I MEAN HORRIBLE..whoever engineered this was a sadist.

I prefer the Perry Hall branch. People are more friendly there
