M&T Bank Merritt Blvd, Dundalk

The black accountant (Candy) doesn’t belong in a customer service position. She was incredibly rude and has ZERO customer service skills. I went to her for a change of address on my act, she just snatched my papers, didn’t reply, etc. I felt animosity. Last time I came we had another run in when I verbally made it clear she was rude! Switched to another accountant to do a withdrawal of $4k and the other accountant asked me if I expected a deposit in my account because I was taking out so much money. That’s my business. Switching banks soon… all the employees here are miserable.

The employees that work here are extremely rude and incompetent. They treat you like don't exist. You ask a question and they mumble back to you while giving dirty looks as if I was the problem. They're all rude, but the black lady that works there is the worst of them all.

Customer service stinks. Branch Manager should be terminated. M&T is ranking at the bottom along with Bank of America Merritt Blvd they should terminate manager at this bank too.

This branch was terrible pre-pandemic and more so now. I was reprimanded for having an additional deposit (4, not 3) in the drive thru lane. I use the drive thru as I work in the healthcare field where I am already exposed to COVID-19 more than the average person and don't have the luxury of sitting behind a glass partition. So a) I refuse to expose myself even more in a branch where it takes A MINIMUM of 30 minutes to complete transactions and b) until I'm fully vaccinated I'm actually doing your staff and customers a favor by NOT entering in the offchance I have been exposed. I get that we as people in general are overwhelmed and overworked, but without knowing people's personal situations your staff might want to keep their mouths shut in the middle of highly contagious pandemic. So the solution is that I will just go out of my way to avoid this location.

Checking and credit are nice. Only a few problems in the past but over all I'm content. Staff is helpful. Would like more online services regarding branch appointments and ATM downtime.

If I had another branch closer, I would go there. People enjoy places when they feel welcomed not as if they are a burden by being there. Customer service is important and this place seems to be lacking in that area.

Terrible customer service on every occasion I've had the misfortune to deal with the people at this branch. Absolutely no manners, etiquette or desire to please their customers. I can't imagine where they find their employees or how the supervisors believe they are adequate. Please avoid this branch and probably m&t as a whole if you value your time and relationship with your bank in the least.

Branch manager is by far the worse person i have ever dealt with in life. M&T isn't a bad bank if you avoid the Merritt Blvd Branch in Dundalk.
