Greeted by a friendly service advisor, she didn’t try to over sell any unneeded services; I can respect her and the dealership for that. Service done way before than I was told, I like that!! I will definitely be returning.

I came to this dealership, enticed by the low prices and promises to beat any dealership in the area. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesman named Drew. He at first came off friendly and professional. Soon to find he was just a huge liar and misinterpreted EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME. I not only confronted him in person when the things he said were proven to be lies but also via email directly to him. He will not earn the business of myself and or any friends or family I am extremely disappointed with my experience. On top of his utter dishonesty, the finance manager was a major douche to say the least, talking at me rather than to me, talking to me like I was an idiot for simply asking 2-3 questions, visibly showing he was irritated by my lack of understanding, I would not recommend this dealership to my dogs.

i went to this location to get used car on Saturday. n i like the car and i told them that i will come back Monday for paper work. these people force me too too too much to get car same day, the main manager was very RUDE.. when i call them Monday i talked to "SAM", when he went to check on car, he never ever called me back. BE AWARE of this place. if you want to buy car same day then u go, otherwise don't ever this about it. BAD CREDIT" don't go, they wont help you. MONEY TALKS" on this place. "

When you buy brand new car they promise you all bells and whistle. But when you bring your car to use benefits on extra service you bought and paid, they use any kind of excuse not to help you. Either its not covered by warranty (really it was when i was buying car now its not?), or sick technician. Or even better. Noisy suspension their response was - thats normal. Really on new car with 30k miles? UPDATE 3/22/2018. Now its been 38 months from purchase day, rust showed up on car. Dealer refused repair claiming out of warranty and vehicle hit by stone and Nissan will not cover. True is, that rust is coming from inside of panel. You can feel and see paint is bubbling.

This was the second time that I visited M'Lady Nissan and let me tell you that it was quite an experience. There's a reason this was the second time that I was there and I came back because of the great experience I had the first time. I was so pleased of the was that I was treated and guided of what kind of car was better for me. Severo was my salesman the first time and he was quite a professional and he seemed to completely know what he was doing. The second person I had the pleasure of meeting was Eduardo who was also very kind and real professional. The people here have the best deals on wheels and they truly find the SUV that is right for you. Elain (spelling) in service helps ease the pain and issues I had there from original sale. I have somehow been lucky (I guess) to deal with her, most of the 8-10 times ive needed service there so far. One reason I wanted to deal with Mlady is for personal convenience. I felt that when and if service is/was needed, that living in Mchenry and working in Elgin, Crystal Lake is between the 2. Main issue with my original sales was being over charged from verbal agreement on what cost would be, and im the one that found the truck (on competitors) lot. Sales only needed to retrieve truck and honor price.
