My experience with Luxe Jewelry was amazing! Juan helped me with the cleaning of my engagement ring and was more than accommodating. I work long hours and he made the effort to come in early to meet with me. This shows how genuine and thoughtful the company is. I was blown away by the quality, care, and professionalism that was put into the cleaning of my great grandmothers ring. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the result and I would recommend this company to anyone in San Diego!

I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Baba and I was not only impressed by the product and value, but by his professionalism. The experience was great! He returned all of my calls, worked with me personally during the design process and then ultimately delivered what he promised. Baba & Juan were nothing short of perfection. I brought in several important and valuable family heirloom pieces to be reset, resized, redesigned and fixed. These were pieces sitting for far too long in my jewelry box because I didn’t trust anyone to work on them. While we chatted about what I wanted done, they polished the jewelry I personally wore in free of charge! They gave me hundreds of options for settings, had years of knowledge and helped me understand what would work with the different stones and golds. They were in constant communication with me about what was going on and the work was fast & professional. However, what was most important to me when dealing with expensive and sentimental pieces: they were honest, trustworthy, and fair on pricing. I won’t go to anyone else or any other shop in California except Luxe Jewelry.

In the heart of Pacific Beach, this jewelry store really is a treasure, the staff is extremely knowledgable and beyond helpful! I was window shopping and I was immediately drawn in by the pieces, they have beautiful antiques, as well as red carpet ready jewelry. But my sole reason for the review is the exquisite engagement and wedding rings. Will definitely be returning before Valentines day and may even use their loan service as well. :)

My mom wanted to treat herself to something beautiful, so we decided to visit Luxe Jewelry and Loan. From the moment we entered until we left, we were thoroughly impressed by this new store. Not only were they very knowledgeable and warm every step of the way, their jewelry inventory is impeccable. A gorgeous ring caught her eye and they gave her an excellent deal. We will absolutely be back for more jewelry...and their cool ambiance is fantastic!

As I am new to the area, and new to jewelry all together, I searched for a local jeweler to help me with a few small things before a major purchase. I was so pleasantly surprised to find Juan at Luxe. He helped me understand the small purchases, gave me an incredibly good price, and explained the different factors that go into high value jewelry purchases. Will be a customer for life. Last week my grandmother gave me a family ring passed down from my great, great, grandmother... the ring was way too small to even fit on the top of my finger (my grandmother had gotten it resized too small and left it that way), so I needed to get it resized but had no idea where to go. I live in Pacific Beach so I called Luxe because it was the first one to pop up and I talked to Juan who told me he didn't work with silver himself but understood my situation and offered to call around to his friends and see who would be best fit to take good care of my ring for me. He made it his personal mission to take care of my family jewel and I am so grateful for it! luckily he had someone he trusted, so I dropped it off and he personally drove the ring to the other jeweler and had it fixed in just two days! I am one to appreciate a good honest person and recognize one when I meet them and Juan is one of those people! He will take the best care of your jewelry and teach you little tricks of the trade along the way! Great service and great people!!
