TERRIBLE COMPANY! Bank of America doesn't care about their customers and it shows! I needed to deposit some checks and get some quarters. I went to the bank at 1pm on Wednesday. The inside is closed!!! Why, its 1pm on Wednesday! Its because BOA is so cheap and trying to save money on payroll, so I couldn't get quarters. I went to the ATM & it wasn't accepting checks! Can't wait to cancel my accounts & not have to deal with trash company anymore!

This B of A location is great! Bank Tellers are very nice and upbeat. For Personal Checking or Business Checking , their customer service is quick, friendly, and they usually remember you if you’re a local.

They don't even answer the phone. I can't open a new account or close an existing one because I cannot make an appointment to get inside the bank to do so. Very disappointing. UPDATE A day late and Dollar short, no pun intended. US BANK, a block away took me in. B of A should be ashamed of themselves. More security guards than employees.

This is my main branch I go to for banking. Customer service is good for me, I usually get the help I need. I’ve had a few bank issues and each time I go in, they make it an effort to help me or call customer service on me behalf to get it resolved. Maybe have more tellers and ease up on selling lines of credit to us small business owners

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!! I went here to withdraw money. The ATM ate all the money after the machine malfunctioned, so next day I go into branch and Manger tells me she can’t do anything at all ... so I file a dispute they put the $920 back into my account after they admitted they were wrong. Now 2 weeks later I woke up to my account $920 short!! Now they are saying there isn’t enough evidence to show that I wasn’t given my money. I asked them who opens the ATMs then? Because I’m sure there is cameras able to see my money that got stuck in there. Very poor service and extremely frustrating situation. I never write reviews even when I receive bad service I shrug it off but this situation is just disgusting especially when people are going thru enough with Covid

When entering the B of A Branch, 912 Garnet Avenue, San Diego, CA 92109 (Pacific Beach), I was greeted by a lady named Arlene. She (Arlene) asked me how I was doing today, and how she could help me? I said, 'just making a deposit. Arlene said, I can help you with the deposit on my tablet, that way, you won't have to wait in line! I was in/out of the bank in five (5) minutes! Arlene is professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and fast! B of A you should recognize Arlene for initiative and great attitude! Phil Jackson

This Bank of America decides when they’re going to open when they roll out of bed. Don’t plan on doing any important business with them, because on any random day of the week, at any given time, their doors will be locked and they will be on the beach. This is why I bank with Chase. They are outstanding.

Well, I am not a person who usually waste time on writing reviews, but in this case I have to. It is shame for BOA to hire such an unprofessional customer service to represent bank! I spoke with 3 different people there, at different time, for different reasons. First one was good at the beginning and even helped with couple questions, later disappointed with not having knowledge about travel credit card, and by telling me that if I need more details, I can get a explanation on my native language by phone... When i spoke by phone in ENGLISH, I discover that he was the one who had wrong information about credit card, and I understood it correctly. Second one was business account guy - super nervous and couldn't answer on simple question what the differences between personal account and business account. Answer is - personal based on SSN, business one should be attached to your EIN, otherwise there is no really differences, if they both based on SSN. Third lady was super rude, when I stopped by to get explanation for all the papers I received after opening my business account, she simply refused to help me, offered to make an appointment with someone else, to get answers on my questions. First time I got such an attitude in BOA, especially that I am platinum preferred customer.. After having BOA for 5 years now I am thinking to switch to Chase. I stopped by Chase, and chase people answered all my questions fast and professional. So, this was my first review ever I posted online. Good luck for you who reading this!

Came in to make an extra payment on my mortgage. One man in front of me. One person at the window helping one person. We waited 30 minutes. I went to a man in an office asking for help and that we had been waiting 20+ minutes.He stated he was with a client. The one client finally left after 30 minutes and another woman came in, went to the business area and walked up to that same clerk and she helped her. Then two women with coffee cups walking very slowing and talking behind the glass. I asked for help again. They said someone would be here to help us soon. Not good business practice. Every time I go in there there is a problem. One year I asked to make an extra principal only payment on my mortgage and they just made a regular payment and it cost hours on the phone to get the whole thing straightened out. Not happy with Bank of America!!!! Always slow and make people wait to take their money!

You know what, I saw these reviews below and its totally inaccurate. Im here to set the story straight. Its NEVER busy. Ever. LOL. And even when it is the line takes no time at all. They have suckers, smiles, and overall a good attitude whenever I go to the counter. I guess I know what its like to be a teller because I was one (at a competitors bank) when I was younger, and they actually perform as I would have. Bottom line, If you're not a low life idiot who has a $1000 in your account when you try to cash a check, then obviously theyre going to give it to you. But when you come to their bank with an id from mexico and one thats expired, and you dont even have an account...what do you expect ? Like if it was your money would you give it to you. Nope. So again, if you have an iq of 75+ (retard) and can form a sentance, then this place is for you. If not ? Stick to the ATM's ITs so funny to read these reviews, because thats the story they seriously sell to themselves. I say good riddance nerds.
