Lone Star Loans and Tax Service Jefferson Blvd, Dallas

Well I was called today I guess because my name was used as a reference that I wasn’t aware of. I spoke calmly to the first representative witch I explained myself and was heard out . She then told me she would retrieve the the information I was seeking because I was trying to help resolve this matter plus tired of this company calling me. Well the manager came on the phone and I started to explain the case she basically cut me off with an attitude telling me , she didn’t care and for me to just relay the message. That manager of the Jefferson location needs to take her simple a** and take a class of people skills! It isn’t are fault her life is miserable there’s other jobs out like sanitation which she needs to find the nearest trash can and jump in with her trash a** ....

Maria E Alvarez had a very nasty attitude. They tells me to come there that I was approved for the loan but when I get there she asks did I bring my paperwork? I asked what paperwork because no one told me to bring anything and I think this is bad business because when agent Bobby took my info when applying for the loan he did it all wrong then another agent had to call me back to correct it. So she gets pissed and tell me I wasn't approved. Helpful? Answer

A friend requested a loan and it's been almost a whole week and he still can't get an answer if he was approved. He calls and they keep saying they are waiting on manager approval and keep saying they will be in the next day and still don't get a reply. First time haven't this long of a process to finalize a loan.

I have been a customer here for years. Never have I experienced any problems. Highly recommend.

Do not pay on your account with your bank debit card. If you are late they will keep your debit card information after telling you your information is not kept and submit a payment without your approval or authorization. I have had several unauthorized charges on my debit card which is being investigated. This company has been reported to fraud department at my bank.
