We are a big family, and she knew what we could afford and what not, right from her, not Google. You go into purchasing a home assuming you got this but in reality, she's there to tell you why or why not. We will never forget it was right before xmas time and the wife just broke down because our taxes were not in order, which only delayed the process, but she was there. She picked up our call and was there. I will never forget her words. "Trust me, if you guys could not purchase this home, I would not waste your time, nor mine. I've been in this business for 20+ years, you guys just relax; this takes time. I do this for families like you. Everything is going to be fine." Maybe it doesn't mean anything now, but then, it meant the world to my wife. I have nothing but a good experience with Marcy and I want to also thank Grisel. Thank you ladies.

The process of purchasing a home can be intimidating and uneasy. As a first time home buyer, I definitely had hesitations and a plethora of questions. That is, until I got in contact with Marcy. She and her team did an excellent job of walking me through the process step by step and answering all of my questions, which made me feel a superior level of comfort with one of the biggest investments of my life. Absolutely wonderful! Marcy and her team have been amazing through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone for all their home lending needs. This was my first purchase and things not loan related tried to hinder my experience but there was never a problem with my loan funding, terms or a time where things weren’t throughly explained to me. Through it all Marcys team was there for any questions I had even ones not related to the loan specifically.They kept me informed and checked on me. She even called me when she saw rates were lower and got me a better rate, she could have left it as it was and I wouldn’t have know other wise, but she cares and makes sure she gets you the best she can.
