This financial institution is compliance with illegal financing of vehicles with unlicensed dealerships and when is bought up to their attention, they continue to respond with we just provide the financing we don’t care what about what the dealerships do. If you can ge approved anywhere else just don’t use this institution you will regret the amount of fee and difficulty this institution had for a simple loan.

I highly recommend finding a different Finacial company. Not only will they blow your phone up all day long, there employees don’t write in the notes when you set up a payment arrangement with them but they will call you multiple times a day and then when you finally talk to someone they hang up on you. And they refusing to let me talk to a supervisor or give me a name or a number of someone I can talk to that is a supervisor. This is the worst Finacial company ever I will be refinancing with a different company. Save yourself the trouble and finance with another company is I could give 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve the 1 star

Horrible company. They force you to "wire" final payment. I sent in a check they refused to accept anything other than a money gram or wire and charged me a fee to return my valid check. What legit company do you know that the only accepts moneygram -To pay off a car loan?

So I financed a car though this company. It was a 3 year loan. For the first year everything was fine. Right at the second year I had lost my job and fell behind one month. They came an repossessed the car. I asked how much it would be to get my car back. They refused to tell me for two days and amount to pay to get my car back. I was told since I had not started my new job yet (which I was starting the next week) that it did not matter if I had the money to get my car or not and to call them back once I started. They gave me a two week period to start my new job so that they can tell me what to pay to get my car back. But if I did not do so on that time period they would sell my car. After being hung up on and denied a supervisor multiple times I finally got someone to take pity on me and tell me the amount to pay that I had been asking for for two days. I payed the amount and went to get my car from the tow yard and this is two days after the repo. The tow yard said that the financing company told them to sell my car. And I had to show proof that I could pick the car up. Finally I have my car and the next month a a large tree fell on my car and totalled it. The insurance company gave my the value of my car totalled and applied to towards the balance of my car. That left me with a much smaller balance on the car. But lovely made it so now I could not make a payment to them on my car for the remaining balance. They gave my account to a collection agency. That was frustrating because I was not delinquent. I paid my money to the collection agency and paid off the balance. When I called lovely for my pink slip the said they could not give it to me. Even though the show a record that I had paid off my car since the collection agency had not given them the money they would not give me the pink slip. Then then they put on my credit that Ok never paid off my car as a charge off. And I paid balance of 9 months ago and I still don't have my pink slip In conclusion, if the only way you can get a car is t koo finance through these people. Don't get the car

If I could take back financing a vehicle with this company I would in a heart beat! If you haven’t financed with them yet don’t do it! The customer service is horrible. I had a repo due to my husband being removed from the country and called to figure out what was happening with my credit and why I was being dinged multiple times from a collection agency and by libel financial itself and the representative wouldn’t let me speak she let interrupting me I asked her to stop being rude and allow me to speak she said that interrupting people is not rude I said to her I don’t know how you were raised but that’s rude and she hung up on me I got no where. All I asked for was an answer to why this was happening. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

I've left them a bad review once and they deleted it and ill do it again! I warn everyone NOT to finance with lobel as they are a very horrible bad business!! Very horrible customer service and experience and hassle. They purposely dont receive you insurance info so they can charge you more and damage your credit. They are quick to collect you money but not your important paper work that they need. Even my own car insurance warned me about them and thats saying something. I've also notice they have been deleting a lot of bad reviews and leaving and replying to the good reviews. Lobel are frauds!! Do Not Finance with them!!

I work in the Automotive industry and help customers get financing for their vehicles. Lobel has a flexible program and gives dealers a way go for most every person out there with any type of credit history or situation. The staff is very helpful and proficient. Alicia will always go the extra mile to help me put a deal together with my customers. I wish all banks were this pleasant to work with. Thanks to my Centennial Lobel for making all my deals easy!

This company is lodged in the stone ages. They have no way to set up auto pay on my loan and I have to punch in my entire ACH info every single time. After reading some reviews I realize it must be a predatory practice thing. My best guess for not allowing auto pay is to encourage me to be late and incur late fees?? The service rep I spoke with to confirm this was icy at best. Borrower beware.

We have used Lobel financial for some of our customer financing for a few years now and have been completely satisfied with the service and friendliness of everybody at the local office in Centennial, Co. They work hard to get everything deal done fast for the customer and always return our calls. Alicia the branch manager has stayed late different evenings to get a deal finished, something a lot of banks don't do. Alicia, Nikki and Cindy are always friendly to talk to and work hard to get the deals done very quickly. You can't beat this team. Thanks again to all of you.
