Patrick was an incredibly patient and helpful consultant. We're first time homebuyers and although we ended up not moving forward with our application Patrick has helped make an otherwise nerve wracking process more approachable. He was able to get us a very competitive rate, walk us through all the nuances of understanding it, and taught us a lot about the process. Interest Rate shopping was good. Service, response time, overall help was awesome. Their online process is very smooth and quick. Michael Littleton is a great loan specialist, very patient and quickly responds.

I just closed on my home with such ease using loanDepot. I was referred by my attorney to Patrick Lombardi who was my loan officer. He was responsive, educational, professional, and always calm and collected even when I was anxious about the loan process. Also, working with Patrick was Cynthia, who was the Loan Processor. She was great at communicating. Always followed up with me with a voicemail and email. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The online portal helped me track the progress of the loan and everything was very clear for me to understand.
