Courtney has been my accountant for over 12 years. I have always had a stellar experience at a more than fair rate, given my numerous questions. She responds very quickly to emails without charge unless it requires a more lengthy response or research on an unusual situation. I feel quite confident that her work is accurate and have recommended her so many times to others who have been equally pleased. She walked me through the tax process when my husband (who does all our finances) had a serious health event during tax season and could not help at all. I do not know what I would do without Courtney Campbell.

I am a small business owner who has worked with Courtney Campbell's office for 20 years. I decided it is time for me to write a long overdue review, because Courtney Campbell's firm has been key to my success. The services I have received continue to exceed my expectations. Courtney's knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help, led me to recommend her firm to many of my clients that needed a CPA. These relationships continue to this day. If you are looking for a exceptional, full service CPA firm, look no further.

Want to add more to my prior review. I have found their/Courtney's fees more than reasonable and actually better than some prior CPA's (who charged me $40 for a simple questions). Most years, I was able to get my accountant's copy of Quickbooks to them by middle of January having everything necessary in QB, and if their was a minor question, there was no charge. In addition, they gave me a detail letter showing everything that was done and everything that I needed to do. Looking back, I realized that their fees for my corporate tax return were discounted for many years. Last year, I sold my practice. They told me the estimated fee ahead of time, and even after I paid the invoice, I had several questions about the K1, which Courtney thoroughly explained to me at no charge. Their thoroughness, honestly and integrity has made life easier and definitely less stressful. Again, I would highly recommended them.

Can only speak highly of Lifetime and Courtney Campbell, CPA, especially after struggling with prior CPA. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work, and efficient. She was always been there to answer all of my concerns. She came highly recommended, and I can see why. Have thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

BEWARE!! They are a nickel and dime company that will charge for phone conversations without an engagement letter present! Extremely unprofessional. They will not let you know they are charging for a simple conversation. Make sure you know what you are paying for BEFORE you speak with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else with clear service rates and communication!
