I’ve worked with many title companies in my investment career and liberty is the only one that is always spot on! No errors or issues, quick turn around and most important, excellent customer service. I recently closed 2 properties (October and November 2021). They even came in on a weekend to close one of my purchases to meet the sellers requirements. Keep up the good work and don’t lose what’s important…that customer service focus.
