Sonya Beeson was very professional. And worked very hard on my tax problem. The Only downfall was I had to pay my tax preparation money upfront. Which they told me on the phone that I didn't have to do that. They were also out of netspend cards and I had to pay cash.

Had an issue with something they wrote down which ended up costing me a lot more money. They said it wasn't their fault even though they were the ones who wrote it in. They weren't helpful at all and the manager said she would call me back the next day and never did. I called back a few days later to talk to the manager but she didn't want to talk and didn't try to work with me at all or say she would call me later or at least put me on hold so she would have a few moments to talk. If your in the military don't waste your money going there just use turbo tax or do it on base. If your not in the military i would try finding a place that is more professional and actually tries to work with you, and doesn't just blow you off.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO DO YOUR TAXES!!!!!!! What they charge is criminal! They never show you or explain any of the paper work you are signing and they cover up charging you an arm and a leg by giving you a 50 dollar bill to walk out with, thanks a bunch liberty tax. There is no privacy in the office, so everyone in the building knows your business. The ladies here will casually carry on in conversation the whole time you’re sitting there, as well as answer their personal phones while assisting you. Save your time, and your money and go else where!

One processor to 28 clients. Taxes were not processed at time of appointment. Still waiting to be processed and probably will still take the $592.00 out for preparing them. Not satisfied

Sony was a big disappointment....The other lady had no idea of what she was doing ...won't be back

Sonya did a great job.. highly oriented. Friendly n welcoming..😁

They cover people's cars in the parking lot with their lousy flyers and they end up all over the place.
