You started your policy with us back in April 2018 and you continued your policy with us until your policy cancelled for non-payment of your monthly payment on October 12, 2021. We tried to contact you many times to let you know that your policy was going to cancel for non-payment and then we also tried to contact you when your policy cancelled. According to our records we have not had any contact or personal dealings with you since the start of your policy. Maybe you are speaking about your customer service experience with National General, to which yes that is a company that we do business with and that was the company that you had your coverage through but we can not be held responsible for their customer service agents. Hello Bree, I want to apologize if you felt wronged in any way dealing with Awake Agency. We take great pride in trying to find our insured's the cheapest insurance possible but sometimes that just does not happen. We also always ask why someone is leaving so we can try and improve no matter what the reason. I have looked over your account and someone will be calling you today! Again we apologize!

Bethanie, first I want to apologize that you have not received a call back in a timely manner. That is not how we run things at our agency. However, I do know that Monday and Tuesday (1/3 & 1/4) of this week has been exceptionally busy for our agents since our office was closed last Friday for the holidays, but that is still no excuse!
