TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT GREET YOU NOR DO THEY TELL YOU TO DO PAPER WORK WHEN YOU WALK IN! Not friendly at all. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU GO OR ELSE THEY WILL PUT PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU IF YOU DIDNT.ALSO WORKERS WILL LEAVE WHILE THERE ARE FILERS WAITING TO FILE.

They are the best people in this country polite and understanding to a fault and bends over backwards to get you the best and most out of your taxes

This place is a really good place to get your taxes done they are friendly and really good at their job.

DON'T USE THEM RUN AWAY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Went on Feb. 12 to file our taxes, a week later I logged into the IRS to see if my taxes were accepted, and when I seen that there was no update, I called them, and asked them to see if my taxes has been accepted. Just to find out that THEY NEVER asked for the PIN number given to us by the IRS. They made it seem like it was no big deal, but I paid them to do my taxes right and here we are almost 4 1/2 weeks later and when I call this office, I was told, well its not our fault we didn't get all your information from day 1, give the IRS 21 days not counting weekends from the DATE the IRS accepted your taxes (which was 02/23)! I don't care about if you have to wait for someone to get you in to do your taxes DON'T USE THIS PLACE, $425 to file my taxes and THEY DON'T care about you as a person they just want their money!

Well I'm not to pleased bc it's been 2 months ago since I filed my recovery rebate an I'm still waiting!!

Lisa, was the best.. She's kind, friendly, awesome
