Liberty Tax East St, Ludlow

My experience here was awesome.. I have been coming to you guys for a few years now and I haven’t felt more comfortable in Diane location then I have in any other location... Diane was great overall... Totally recommend going to her...

Forgot to add the stars to my review and don't see it posted so this time I've added the stars and will say again that I've had my taxes prepared at Liberty Ludlow for 4/5 years and haven't found anything to complain about yet. Up until this year Diane has prepared my taxes and has been friendly and welcoming and this year although I don't have her name right now was also friendly, easy to talk to, and got my taxes done fast. Even the I.R.S. was fast this year. Took only one week for both State and federal to be direct deposited to my account so I've been pretty satisfied with their service every year and unless someday I decide to do it myself Liberty tax Ludlow is where I will be having my taxes prepared in future.

Diane always does a phenomenal job every year I’ve been at her establishment. Great advice and willing to really explain how things work in the tax world in a personal sense. I definitely recommend her Location in Ludlow.

I will not go to a different place I been see Diane in pass 6 years I believe, she is all time there for what ever we need, she's always does a great job, we are all time welcome with a big smiling,and good sense of humor, I recommend her 100% .
