Excellent Service and communication!!!! Wow What a difference now! Still not ready! I have to vent my displeasure as the 2014 Jeep has been in your service department for 53 days. Dropped off on March 1. While I do understand you had no control over the original parts issue with the drive shaft and shortage on parts due to Covid but since then it’s been horrible and no excuse for the service and lack of communication and fake promises that were not followed through. • I was very happy when I called on April 2 and Sam said the parts were in and they would start the repair on Monday April 4th. • I called on April 8th and Sam said they were waiting on one more part and did not think it would be ready on Friday, to be safe I said let's just do Monday 4/12. • I was surprised when I called on Monday to find out the tech working on the vehicle was on vacation and another tech is doing what he can in between other jobs. Hopefully, it should be ready tomorrow. o This whole time being promised by Sam we would get the next loaner and even get one from Toyota if needed. • On April 13 called Sam and he said there was a miscommunication with his parts guys and they actually do not have all the parts and still need an Oil Adapter to come in o Sam apologized and said we would make it right and now we would get a free loner no charge and he should have one back today. o Crickets, no calls and still no loaner. • April 20th, Called part is in going to try to install tomorrow • April 21, no call back from Sam • April 22nd called this morning female answered asked if it was going to be ready today. She said Sam is “Aiming” at getting it done by end of day. Not sure what definition is of Aiming? Very poor communication through whole process and have been without a vehicle for 53 days?

I was so pumped to see a lot of Honda's staff is now at Lia Chrysler. I worked with Trae, Chris and Jeanine years ago and this time was just as smooth. Brought my Cherokee here for the first time for service and was not happy with my experience. It took much longer than anticipated to fix my car and the cost was much higher than they originally quoted me. They had my car for almost a week and didn’t even vacuum the inside. The inside of my car was clean and I got it back even dirtier. I just feel like there was no common courtesy and very poor customer service. Definitely will not be going back again.

I drove over 2 hours to look at a truck. I was told it went through a 126 point inspection and the used truck did not need any work. I filled out the finance application online because I was reassured this truck was 100%. (now I have a hard inquiry with no truck.) I arrived at the dealer ship to find the truck filthy and covered in scratches. I proceeded to take the truck for a test drive, the truck was a howling at low speeds and the whole front end was shaking when I got it up to 75 on the Highway. I came back and looked under the hood to see the manifolds were cracked on both sides as well. The sales manager and sales man reassured me they would get it in the shop on Monday and call me with any problems found. They said please promise me you wont go buy a truck until you hear from us! I held up my end of the bargain and now its Thursday and I reached out to them and they said I was going to call you today, the ruck was sold to somebody else on Monday but we can get you a different truck.

My experience here was excellent. The people who work in this establishment are very down to earth, willing to help answer all questions and highly professional. Buying a car here was very easy and everyone made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend you come her to buy a car.

I called the sales department twice to ask a few questions about getting a car. The first time I called, I told the woman that I couldn't give her a definite time I could come in to look at a car because of my schedule being all over the place. I will admit I was mumbling my schedule a bit since she wanted me to come Saturday and I wasn't sure if I would. Then I get hung up on. So I call again and a woman picks up and she sounds like the same woman I talked to before so I asked her if she hung up on me. She said no and the person she had last spoke with was a male. I go on to tell her that I was hung up on and she keeps insisting that it was my connection that was bad. Then she says "oh the girl you just spoke with is right here, she said the call dropped." I say no and then she goes on to say that the call is choppy, she can barely hear me, etc etc. Sounds completely fake. She was acting very rude to me and not treating me as a serious buyer. Then I tell her I don't know if I'm coming in anymore because of the way I've been treated. She tells me that's fine. So I'm just like whatever and I tell her to "have a nice day" and I say it a little loud since she's saying she can't hear me. Then she says "ma'am this is no reason to yell at me". I try to explain to her that I wasn't trying to yell, just speak louder into the phone since she said she couldn't hear me. Then I get hung up on again. I called two people after that, the connection was just fine and no one said anything about my end of the line being choppy or that they couldn't hear me. I had clear conversations with them from the same place I made a call to this business. The other reviews on here seem to be positive but I definitely would not recommend speaking to the sales representatives

My husband is a devout Dodge customer for over 40 years. He found the truck of his dreams at a dealer in NJ. Went to see Lia Dodge, Trevor Hamel the sales Mgr and was told he could get that vehicle for him. We put down a deposit and contract signed. Two weeks later, my husband was told the truck wasn't available and that the dealer in NJ bought it for themselves and put a plow on it. Who puts a plow on a 56, 000 brand new truck?? Long story short...my husband called the dealer in NJ and the manager said no one from Lia called nor showed up and as a matter of fact, never heard of Lia at all. Nothing but lies. Worst customer service. No professionalism. Would never go here again.

I have bought a bunch of cars over the years and I must say that I had the best car buying experience I ever had at Northampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I originally called to ask about a Dodge Avenger because they were giving so many rebates on that car. I spoke to Murray, the general manager and he insisted that I try the Dodge Dart SXT and I will totally love it and forget all about the Avenger. I had my doubts that I would be able to afford it based on my budget but I went to the dealership anyways to check it out...hey...maybe they will surprise me. Well...just like Murray said, I drove the car and totally fell in love with it! You get so much more car with the Dart than you do for the same money for a comparable compact foreign car. I was hesitant to try an American car but I am so glad I did because I am so impressed. I got a much bigger engine than I would with a Toyota, Honda, Hyundai etc...when you hit the gas it goes! When I got to the dealership, I met Murray and he had Steve show me the cars and the features, Steve knows his stuff and was a true pleasure to deal with. Once I had decided on the car I wanted, I (figuratively) held my breath until Murray told me what the numbers would be. I was elated when he told me he got me right where I needed to be! He gave me a fantastic trade value and even worked with me regarding a situation I had with my down payment. All the people at Northampton CDJR are friendly, extremely helpful and not once was I given the hard sell. Not once was I asked "what will it take to make you buy today"...I really appreciated that because up until this visit, I got that from just about every other dealer I went to. When I went back the next day, I met some more of the people and they were as great as Murray and Steve are. I did all the paperwork in about 10 minutes. If you are considering a new car, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you...I think you will enjoy the car buying experience as much as I did! Keep up the great work!
