The debit cards look like they were printed off of a home printer. The online banking app crashes when you try to deposit a check. I've been locked out of my account several times because I logged in under another ISP. The overall UX/UI experience is behind the times. This bank has messed with my account causing my debts not be be cleared out of the account. I would suggest sticking with larger bank.

This is the best bank I've every worked with in my 30+ years of doing business. I can't recommend Lexicon Bank enough.
