I love here. My Private Clients banker (Galina)is awesome. She always does a perfect job. Very careful everything. She remembers what We talk before even 6 month later. My English not good. But She is very thoughtful and understanding. She always thinks from my point of view, so it's very comfortable and I like everything. I was in the area today and stopped at this branch thinking I could ask about some additional services with regards to our business. I really needed to use the restroom upon arrival and thought I could simply use one while we waited for a banker. An older gentleman, whom I assume was the manager, really left me feeling like a criminal. An additional chase associate was polite and explained to me that a restroom was unavailable for clients. I've had plenty of great banking experiences with chase but in this situation the initial confrontation was so aggressive and upsetting that I ended up just leaving. I don't mind that there was no restroom. I do mind being yelled at. If I have to deal with that kind of attitude ever again I'll be taking my business elsewhere. A big thanks to that guy for ruining my day, I really appreciate it! A+ service

I called this branch ten times in the span of an hour. No answer, can’t leave a voicemail, can’t wait on hold. Extremely unprofessional to not answer a business line. If everyone is too busy for the phone then hire a person to answer the phones! I shouldn’t have to go into the branch just to make an appointment to speak to a banker. The system is very frustrating. I called the 1800 number and two specialists tried to connect me through internal lines and they didn’t receive an answer either. I know chase can afford a receptionist. The whole experience is so frustrating and such a waste of my time. I still haven’t gotten a hold of them. Seriously considering switching banks because of this.

Don’t not do business with this place! I manage a store in the park and I personally have been here and sent my employees here numerous amount of times to get change because our business account bank is a good distance from the store and I have always been told that if it’s under 100$ for change we can go and change it out! This morning the manager of this branch was completely rude to one of my employees over 60$ worth of change. This is no way to run a business. Or talk to someone. This branch needs new management

Bare with me guys I'm not good at this I don't normally like saying negative things about anything or anyone but how they say it the truth hurts and if saying it helps them change it and make their product better then it was for their own good. What the hell are they thinking???? I walk in a lady holds the door and I said thank you And she said Oh you're coming in here I said yes and she kind of shrugged her shoulders and walked away back inside later I noticed her behind the counter,? First. It's Monday where are all the people did they chase them away sorry that was a bad one okay after 15 minutes of waiting behind the zero people there I get up to the least Trained employee. A very pretty girl and she'll need that because we all know that pretty as a survival tactic people always do things are pretty people but if they ever lose their pretty it's over.there are pretty people that are smart I'm not saying that in fact I've out I was one before I got sick I'm just saying she's one of the other ones because every single fact she told me was overturned the next day at the other bank because of everything she said I had to leave my getting their cost me $12 my getting home cost me another $14 plus tips my getting to the other bank the next day cost me $17 and then a miracle happened but I'll get back to that after all because she didn't see must have slept through the class she told me she could only accept cash for a direct deposit out of state I had a money order which is cash and I utilize my ATM card which activates as cash however my bank got a little upset because they only allow me I guess $300 a day without authorization so instead of allowing me to utilize her phone and call said bank ( my bank) where I should have gone to begin with sorry guys!!! She said if you were a Chase customer you can use the phone but since you're a Wells Fargo customer and we do not have relations with them you cannot use the phone I said what if I call them on my phone she said we have no way of verifying that it is a factual or valid verification you could be calling your friend for all I know at this point my jaw dropped I said you're kidding me right all I'm trying to do is deposit money to pay my rent can you call the customer he is a Chase Bank fan whatever you guys call your members I'm sure he'd be happy to tell you what to do. She said nope she said apparently something's wrong with this transaction you need to go see your bank at this point I was already late for doctor's appointment my patience was gone and I left. Riddle me this one question what bank turns away money and then when I asked you this one last question thinking great I'll just deposit the money order I said now is there a verification that him know it came for me she said no all of our deposits are just that deposits I said oh so it's kind of like donating she said well when he reads a statement it will just say deposit I said there's no transaction number no deposit Las Vegas since he's in California she said no now you can see why I left. And why the lady at the Lake Mead location deserves the all five stars I gave and restored my faith in a little tiny Bank call Chase.☹️☹️ ps I totally understand if you don't post this it's long and Bitchie but it really did happen it really took 2 days to make a deposit in a bank that between the two of them had five customers

Parked car for less than twenty minutes. made a stop prior in the same plaza within that time frame. Branch manager Robert Sterhn placed bright orange tow ticket because he communicated someone else has been parked for the last two hours. His response to me feeling undervalued is it was a fair warning were he could've simply towed but if I'm upset "he'd be happy with assisting me close my account." Not exactly the highlight to a long work week teaching high schoolers. Parked for the convenience of taking care of two errands in one. Completed my ATM transaction only to re- enter and hear him discussing it with a teller.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WHEN YOU REALLY NEED HELP THEY GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL CORPORATE AND SEND YOU BACK OUT THE DOOR. ALL THOSE PEOPLE IN THE BANK NOT ONE CAN HELP YOU

Do not open account through chase, they dont care about you. Everytime I go in to make changes on my account, they always have system problems and customer service is horrible at the location on Rampart and Charleston , I repeat they do not care about you.

Said they couldn’t cash a check because it wasn’t a valid chase check, then went down the street at the other chase and was out in two seconds w no issues w the same check. The check literally was a blank business check from chase, and they said they couldn’t take it. Absolute joke
