    Absolutely wonderful service department staff. Everyone is friendly and on top of it. Had an a/c issue and the warranty was due to expire today and they got the part as quickly as they could and got us in and out in under 24hours (finished August 24). They go above and beyond my expectations everytime I'm in.

    Last week I reached out to Jeffrey Belmonte about trading in my vehicle. I was asking a certain price for my old vehicle and I knew exactly what I wanted, 2021 Selto.     We love LJ Kia!! We bought a Sportage 3 years ago and came back to Kenny to buy a new Sorento. He is so nice and easy to work with. He remembers our names every time we're there. Our sales person was Alfredo and he was very pleasant and explained the features of the car so well. He made sure we were completely comfortable driving away. I would go back to LJ Kia again. They make the car buying experience fun and easy!!

    I went in August to look at cars and found one that I was comfortable sitting in. I told the sales person that I was not going to buy that day. He listened and helped me anyway. At no point did he pressure me and make me feel like I needed to buy. I went in last weekend to buy. All the staff was friendly. Once again, there was no pressure to buy. I appreciated that as buying a car can be stressful. I got a good car at a good price and had a great experience doing so. Thank you Lucian and Kathy!

    I'm very sad to say that we had an awful experience at Lee Johnson Kia. We wanted a new Kia Sorento and found a model we liked at Lee Johnson. We also liked Kathy which is why we are giving 2 stars instead of just 1. However, Kathy was a little busy so Brian rode along with us during the test drive. We got a bad feeling right away from Brian because he tried to convince us this car was worth $40K even though the sticker on the side clearly said the asking price was only $30K. He made us uncomfortable in other ways too so we decided to come back on a day when Kathy wasn't busy. Things went downhill in a hurry when we came back. Brain was sitting close by and we overheard his conversation he was having with another young family who was also interested in the SAME car we wanted. Shockingly, Brain was trying to up sell them by falsely informing them they would have to get a V6 engine if they wanted 3rd row seating because Kia didn't offer a 4 cylinder engine with a 3rd row. This was completely untrue and when Brian stepped away my husband casually let them know that in reality they didn't need to spend more on the larger engine if they didn't want one. There were 2 main reasons why this deal fell apart 1) the managers were unwilling to negotiate a fair price, and 2) because they offered us a price on our trade-in that was HALF of what the Kelly Blue Book said our car was worth. Later that day we had a much better experience at the Kia dealer in Shoreline, so we bought our new Sorento there instead. Again I'm truly very sorry this didn't work out because we really liked Kathy.

Be sure to inspect the exterior and interior for scratches, defects and functionality. Ask sales person to take pictures and document. Running credit check and finance takes ~2hrs so be patient. Drip Coffee, bottled water, cable TV and painting markers are available to keep you and your little ones busy. Avoid a test drive during commute time to make sure you are not stuck on I405. Make sure to research your car ahead of time and ask about optional features pre-installed by dealer. Brent was our sales associate. He was very accommodating and didn't pushed us to make a decision on the spot. During inspection we found a few issues related to detailing and he promptly asked the car to be detailed again. Pete is a local, with a great personality. He helps with financing and the conversation with him helps the otherwise lengthy process pass by quickly. I didn't negotiate the price and cannot tell how that would go. Make sure to research your car's price on KBB. I attended LA Auto show and experienced all the 2020 EV cars first hand. Niro EV is the best long range car you can get for your money in it's class, specially if you are tall (over 6').

    I leased a 2016 Soul EV. The experience was exceptional. Katy Cope was an outstanding sales professional. I never felt pushed, manipulated or uncertain at any point in the process. She was truly the polar opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman". If you are considering a visit to Lee Johnson Kia, do yourself a favor and ask to speak to Katy Cope when you walk in the door. You will glad that you did!
