Went on a Saturday to discuss my account when it was listed as "open", it was not "open". They had two tellers manning outside windows and the doors were locked. The sun was beating down and the line was nearly 20 people long. Poor service and misleading "open" status. Glad I am closing my account with them.
Thank you for leaving us a review Mr. Allen. You are correct; our lobby at the Bixby Knolls branch is not open on Saturdays, only our walk-up windows. Our other Long Beach neighborhood branches have their lobbies open on Saturdays to accommodate more detailed transactions. We will reach out to Google to see if there is any way that our Saturday hours for Bixby Knolls will be listed as walk-up window only. Again, thank you for your Membership and I hope you reconsider closing your account.

This LBS sucks they're rude the only have one or two tellers open with 15 plus customers in line I hate coming to this bank! Cerritos is 100 times better!

It's a big inconvenience when the 🏧 goes down for customers. You need to provide faster repairs when the 🏧 goes dowm especially since it's cold outside in the holiday season.
