Julio answered our questions in a knowledgeable, frank, kind and patient manner. Our first approval limited our options, but we thought we couldn’t get approved for more or manage the payments if we did. Julio “worked his magic” and got a higher approval with manageable monthly payments. He helped lock in a good rate and helped close escrow to close in 21 days! Impressive timing amidst the COVID 19 crisis!! We never felt out of the loop, or uneasy because we had a winner in our team!

Julio was awesome from the beginning! Just like any new homeowner I had a ton of questions and concerns and he answered every text and phone call and explained the process until I was comfortable. Refinancing can be stressful if you don't understand how it works which was me, but Julio really went out of his way for me and made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. We bought our place through Julio a few years ago and we just refinanced with him for the 2nd time. Anytime me or my family think about doing something to our house we think of Julio. He is always available to answer my calls even if I'm not in a current transaction. I had a bad situation happen to me a few years back that caused me to lose my first home in foreclosure. I was sick and hospitalized for a few weeks and dealt with this sickness for a year which caused me to not be able to work and lose my home. At the time I had two small children and a wife to think about. So after I got back on my feet I wanted to buy again to provide a home for them. My situation was a tough one and Julio spent a lot of time helping me clear up my credit which was badly damaged due to the year I was sick. It took about 8 months to fix and he stuck with me the whole time. He was even willing to call creditors on my behalf to help me. I even had a case of fraud with someone taking my social and buying a house in another state. It was horrible but Julio tracked down the info necessary to get it removed permanently. After seeing how hard he was willing to work to help me I knew I had found my lender for life! He is caring, understanding and patient!
