When you can talk with someone, they are courteous and helpful. However, getting someone to talk to is the problem. Phone wait times are horrendous, in-person is even worse. The mobile banking is confusing and doesn't work well. I have an auto loan, and just trying to make a monthly payment is a headache and a half. Right now, the systems are down and I was told to call in, so I did and their automated system can't comprehend that I need to make a payment with a debit card. So, she hung up on me after going through the same questions about 15 times. I have never had this much trouble trying to give someone money before. I had an appointment scheduled with their small business division, but after this continued nightmare, I have cancelled it and am trying to find someone to re-fi this loan, I don't care if I have to pay 3% more, it will be WELL worth it.

Me & my fiancé walked in this location at exactly 12:20pm the sign on the front door says that they are open on Saturday from 8:30am- 12:30pm!!! When we asked the receptionist to speak with someone about opening another checking/ savings account she told us that they were closed and to come back next week! My husband wanted to speak with a manager but I told him don’t bother we will just go to another bank or credit union that has better customer service.

My family and I have been members since 2000. I had always had had great experiences when working with loan department. I have had several loans from them and was the 1st place I would go to and recommend to others. However, this time my experience has been the absolute worst. I completely understand they are busy and can’t always get back to customers the same day. However, we haven’t been able to get a return phone call to update us on progress of completing loan. It’s been 2 weeks since we were approved for loan and it will probably take at least another week before they can wright out check to pay seller. We have had to go through emails back and forth to try and complete loan, but they can go 4 days before they even read the email because no one is assigned to our loan. It’s just a generic funding email that goes to loan dept, not anyone in particular. My son is in military and out of state so his unable to go inside one of the branches to help speed up process so my husband and I are trying to help him with loan. My husband will have to take time off work to physical go into a branch to find out what is going on with loan, when they should at least be able to return a phone call to updates us on next step or if anything else is needed from us. There was a Navy Federal Credit Union near my son’s duty assignment, where he could have gone into branch to do loan but I told him I preferred to go with Langley. All I can do now is shake my head. 🤦♀️ I’m so disappointed. I wanted to give them 1 star but decided not to because of positive past experiences.

Using the drive thru banking is a pain every time I come here. The lines are long and the service is extremely slow. What’s the point? Also the mobile app is horrible. I’ve been a member since I was 7 years old and loyalty is the only reason I continue banking here.

Slow for big bank. The teller service is fine but the office personnel is like the lounge is full of people trying to be seen and some of them just chilling on their cell phones 📵

Everytime I call this place im on hold for twenty min or longer never have I ever got a person to answer. I end up hanging up from frustration. I would even accept a can you hold but not even that. Yet you say your customers comes first.

Opened a new account and deposited my check, and was assured by the teller my funds would be immediately available. But they were not and I have been sitting on the phone for hours waiting to speak to someone but all they do is hang up and I have to start over again. If I could give 0 stars I would

I actually love this bank. I've never had any major problems that we're not solved immediately. Employees there for the most part are helpful and quick with service. Nice spacious building and convenience. It's just right by my favorite store Walmart.

This is without a doubt the worst bank I've dealt with. Customer service is terrible. Notifications and availability are terrible. I've been on the phone for 2 hours now just trying to speak with a representative of the bank but their automated system refuses to let you speak to anyone. They are very difficult to deal with.
