Laneco Federal Credit Union Centennial Loop, Eugene

We have been members since 1995 and I won't even consider changing even though we moved out of state 10 years ago. Excellent customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter if I call, email, or go into the branch. Small but mighty!

Took my grandmother to her doctor appointment right next to this bank. I guess I parked to close to them because a very rude woman came out and told me I couldn’t park there and that I needed to leave. I told her I was waiting for my grandmother and she did not care. I can already tell she treats everyone with little to no respect. Obviously she has no respect for herself. Sad. Just because of her I will never bank here.

Best credit union period. Their customer service is head and shoulders above all others. I’ve been a member for 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This bank is a complete joke! They wouldn't cash my cashier check from their branch office because I'm not a member and it's over 2,000.00 . They said they save their cash for members only ! The customer (member) just purchased the cashier check this morning.. this is unacceptable!

I totally wouldn't recommend them... I went in the other week and received very bad customer service, which I suspect was because I am not a member. The older women at the front desk was very disrespectful. While I once considered them for their services, I most certainly will not be choosing them.

Friendly, professional service. This is a small credit union that works hard for their members.
