Kirsten Levin from Landmark oversaw and facilitated the lengthy and tricky process of re-financing our mortgage, which had been stuck at a unnecessarily high rate for years due to the complex deal under which the property was purchased. Multiple subordinations were required and to add the obstacles, the re-finance loan was reaching the finish line when COVID-19 layoffs and tanking economy changed the lending environment. Kirsten Levin was persistent about getting the loan done, and took on multiple tasks to reach that goal at every point of the process. This was not the first attempt to re-finance the mortgage and she succeeded where other loan officers had failed. Although there was a team of people who took an interest in this challenging re-fi, it had Kirsten Levin's full attention to coordinate all the moving parts needed for the nearly four months it took to get funded.
