Never had a problem. Customer service at the main branch in West Bend is always friendly and welcoming. Never said no to a request or offered another solution. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one location and they moved out of Pick n Save. Now I have to go across town to get money.

I’m VERY disappointed in the changes that Landmark Credit Union has made. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and don’t ever remember a time when the customer service has been this bad! Wait times to even speak to someone are at LEAST an hour and they don’t have a call back option anymore. The bank itself and tellers are nice but they NEED to fix the customer service situation. I’ve had deposits not get into my account and stuck on hold for an hour just to correct the situation. VERY frustrating!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any bank. If I could I would move my current loan that I have with them to another bank. If I also could give them a negative star rating I most definitely would. For who ever will take the time to read this review. I highly recommend staying away from this credit union if you can do so. I know there are much better options out there. As for myself I will never get another loan through this credit union again.

Was told that I was paid up but not happy when I get a call from their collections saying that I'm behind a payment, not good business, giving you're client misleading information. NOT happy at all. I'm thinking about switching credit unions

If I could give this less than one star, I would - this is a big bank disguised as a credit union - total scam - every product they offer is a tool to take money from you to increase their coffers AND their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They will never answer the phone and have the worst internet/app banking imaginable!!!!

Waited on the phone for 26 minutes and the person who finally answered couldn't help me, will never use this credit union for a loan again.

Yeah-Now that the lobby is back open, it will be less stressful to bank. Rosa, and Sean, are very considerate and helpful- Calling in on the main LCU phone line is too much work. During the pandemic, using driveup only - was a chore- But this was everywhere- Many people pull up to the drive up-with no forms- "Customers bring your deposit, withdrawl forms with you-filled out before you get in line." This caused alot of headaches in the long driveup lines-, using the send tube 2 times before starting your transaction-but that wasnt the bank employees fault.

Customer service is terrible at this bank. God help you if you attempt to switch your loan to another bank. I attempted to give them a chance to match my auto loan rate at my credit union and they said they didn't match rates. I then asked for a 10 day pay off loan letter and was given a run around for the better part of a day.🙄😲😲 This is after waiting 3 business days for a email letter. Their site keeps crashing and refuses to accept any attempt at putting in a password to retrieve my info from their 3rd party vender. Finally had them send it snail mail with a request to end future interest at the time of my requesting my payoff. I was then threatened with them not closing my account. This is after paying my last payment 4 days early in a attempt to make this transition smooth and easy.😒NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN.

After being sent through 6 minutes of call menu options I finally received an option to speak with a representative. I was then told the estimated wait time was 65 minutes. Very poor customer service. I wanted to inquire about getting a loan. I will pay an extra 2% from my local bank where I can speak with a real person without over an hour wait time on hold. TERRIBLE!

Any time I come here I'm waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru, just to spend another 40+ minutes on the phone just to have to come back and waste more of my time in the drive thru. The bank manager is also an argumentative wench who has no place in customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
