    Same as the other one star comment. Bought a brand new 2016 Range Rover Evoque - turns out that broken LED light they replaced (possibly twice, but ZERO official documentation was provided for any repair) before I took possession of the car was actually an indication of a major electrical wiring issue. Brain box replaced and a week later, they still can't get it right (took it to another dealer to be fair - because my salesman had ZERO follow through). Not only the LED light was out, but random honking, back hatch opening at stop lights, warning lights that the car was only in 2WD, random wiper blade activity). Biggest regret and horrible service, can't even get a call back and just getting a huge run around. Buyers beware and stay away from this place AND Land Rover in general. After researching electrical problems with Range Rovers, they run rampant and never get resolved and Land Rover is of no help. Most of those issues start with headlamp issues, funny they let me drive off the lot with exactly that issue. What a scam! These are not some cheap cars! Where's the luxury service?!?!? It end the second you drive off that lot!!! Do your research, wish I had. I just want to drop the car back off and get my money back. HUGE LEMON!!!

    I was recently in the market to purchase a vehicle for my wife. From start to finish, the process used by Range Rover of Naperville was an amazing experience. Starting from the initial online search and working with Wade Russell through internet inquiry/onsite scheduling and the actual sales team (Tom Pililimis, Chris Peterson) to test drive, walk us through the vehicle, and the actual purchase was truly a non-stressful event. The team was very accommodating, helped me through all the questions I have, worked out the best deal to close out the purchase. Highly recommend the Naperville store and team for anyone looking to purchase a LandRover or Jaguar!

    I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isn't driving it. It really sucks when you spend over $50K to buy your wife her 'dream car' and a month later she says she doesn't want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last unless something drastically changes and changes fast .

    My car has been having issues so when I came to drop it off for service. I was expecting a courtesy car but then I was asked for my insurance declaration page “something new” they said, after providing it I was told my insurance was not enough for me to get one of their cars. All of this makes zero sense to me. Extremely DISAPPOINTED this has never happened to me at BMW dealership. How come my state farm coverage is enough to lease a car that I don’t own but not to get a loaner car... No explanation whatsoever. After my lease is over I’m absolutely going back to BMW, their service is amazing from all stand points. **I did end up getting a rental car from enterprise across the street.

    Terrible service after the sale. I paid car off early and needed to cancel the GAP Insurance policy purchased. Matt Cameron in business office is shady and untrustworthy. I spoke to him a few weeks ago and he gave me misinformation. I have been calling today and he's dodging my calls. At 1pm I was speaking with him on phone tonget form to sign to cancel policy. He said he was emailing now and I should see it in seconds. Few hours later still nothing. I sent him a follow up email and he says he's been to busy with clients to send over. Jokes on them, we will purchase new Land Rover elsewhere now.

    Enjoyed Working with Chris Peterson of Land Rover of Naperville I was looking for a car to garage in San Jose, Ca. I did not confine my search to the local area, instead I used TrueCar and looked throughout the Continental United States. Why not; if I was going to a local dealership they would not limit themselves to only what they had on the lot. Shipping cars can be pretty inexpensive relative to the price of a Range Rover Sport. I found a few cars that matched my requirements in the US. I submitted my interest to the cars through TrueCar and received a quick response from Land Rover of Naperville. The response was very thorough, honest and positive in response to price. When I called not only did they honor the price on TrueCar but they told me that they just dropped the price $2000 more that morning and it was not updated on TrueCar yet. Very honest and forthcoming. After a little more discussions on the car and an offer to pick me up at the airport and pick up dinner, the car was purchased. I was in Chicago the following morning. They had a driver pick me up from the airport as planned and brought to the dealership. The car looked even better in person. It was nicely detailed and Chris Peterson was there to greet me and spend as much time as possible going over the car. I spent about 3 hours at the dealership and not once did Chris act put out. He was willing to spend as much time as possible with me. I ended up driving the car all the way back to San Jose with my brother just to knock out a couple bucket list items. Chris followed up with me and sent a new key fob that had not arrived when I was there. He also agreed to pay to have the fob programmed at my local dealership. I would highly recommend Land Rover of Naperville for any Land Rover or Jaguar purchases. I have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase.
