Wanted to take a moment to express about my experience with Red Rose Credit and they help with getting a car loan for my husband and I. Abi was amazing and very helpful. He made the experience easy and saved us some money. Thank you again for all the help.

Everything the big banks provide (electronics ststems, app banking, mobile deposite, bill pay, and share brances) with small town credit union atmosphere. No big bank BS and politics. Been with thembfor years and love it.

Abi is amazing!!! Abi was so responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable in assisting me with my needs recently. and I was... pretty needy. I am so grateful for his help and awesome customer service! He never made me feel embarrassed for needing as much assistance as I did with the loan process and he was very professional throughout all of our interactions. This credit union is overall my favorite place to do my banking. I’ve worked with several banks/ institutions, and LRRCU has the most personable customer service to offer, no matter what branch I visit. I never thought I’d be bragging to people about where I do my banking, but LRRCU deserves all of the kudos!!!

I worked with Abi Roa to get a personal loan through the credit union. His customer service and professionalism was impressive! He gave me updates about my loan status every step of the way and answered any and all questions I had regarding the loan. Loan closing was fast and easy! Thanks Abi!

I had a medical problem about a year ago (blood clot in my lung) that created an issue with 2 payments on my LRRCU credit card (Small balance, payments of about $25.00). I went in to address the issue because the late notations on my credit report had significantly dropped my score and I want to refinance my house (saving $150,000.00 over the life of the loan). I was in intensive care for about a week and had extensive rehab. Auto pay (my own service not LRRCU) messed up. Now, I am responsible for the account so ultimately my fault. However, banking was not a priority at the time. In person, I met with LRRCU to discuss fixing my 2 lates as a courtesy due to extenuating circumstances. The person I met with was very understanding and said we can work something out. Subsequently, several days later I was directed to provide written documentation as to how much my credit score dropped, written proof the auto pay had been at fault not due to me etc. Now how was I going to prove how much 2 late payments numerically wreck a score? I'm not a credit bureau. The credit bureaus were no help and I would have to get a lender to "guess." I asked several lenders about this and they said they would not be able to provide a number as they are not the Amazing Kreskin and can't spit out a value. One did ask, "Why don't they just remove them as a one time courtesy? Why are you going through hoops at all"? Yes, WHY? I called to follow up on what was happening and never received a return call- no response. Was shifted to multiple people. Finally, I receive a letter from LRRCU saying that they can't (read WON'T) be removed as they would have to do this for everybody in a similar situation. Well, what's the problem? I went to LRRCU because I was tired of being a customer of uncaring, non- service oriented banks that don't care. Would it be too much to ask to help those who have blood clots, heart attacks, cancer, a spouse who dies etc.? How many people fall into these categories? How many people ACTUALLY ask for any help- 10, 20, 1 (just me)? I guess folks haven't suffered enough or no matter what, banking is your priority. So, moral to the story- if Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union gives you a good deal well I guess you might consider it. However, don't expect anything different from ANY bank. I feel they went WAY out of their way to NOT help me and actually get in my way and waste my time. BOTTOM LINE- THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

Terrible.. many many reasons not to use them. low interest rates on your checking and savings, terrible overdraft protection, awful customer service when you encounter a problem. Do you self a favor and get members 1st or PSECU, or Capital One 360 or Allybank

I always pay on time and little extra on my loan each time and they charged me a late fee then they realize it was an error on their part but never gave me the money back. They have terrible hours this credit union fell off as a good institution they need new management
