Okay financial institution I guess if your not a Veteran with child support to pay every month on the 3rd! They really didn’t help me at all even though I could face legal issues. It took there bill pay department 7 days to process my 1400 dollar child support payments. When I only get paid once a month with my disability pension on the 1st of every month! So I’ll no longer be a patron of theirs! If your a vet think twice before trusting these guys!

The people are always nice, but the wait times are insane in the drive through. Seems like it's like 10 min per car which seems very slow. Out of all my errands this is always the one I dread because who knows how long it'll take each time. I also use Chase bank and they are way faster.

Worst banking experience I've ever had in my life thay will tell you one thing And at the end will be something completely different!! I Would not recommend Anyone to use this credit union They are very slow to get back to you don't return phone call 3 days for a call back on a Mortgage When I had a question and was told one thing in a email And then when received final papers was something completely different Wouldn't recommend my worst Enemy

After being shamed out of the local fifth third branch, and being told it prob wouldn't be worth it to open an account there likely do to my work clothes, we walked into LMCU and had a new account with new debt cards within 15 minutes. Super simple and so much less judgement

Not just this location, I have banked with LMCU for years now. I refinanced a vehicle, paid off early, sold my home, wanted to get home loan through LMCU, unsuccessful, many attempts to proceed with loan and no response, almost lost opportunity, went through a different lender. Today! Went in for personal loan, had snobby teller, my own opinion, she was judging us because how we looked, wanted to turn us away. Just out of work so you know how that goes. Went in at 4:50, bank closes at 5:30, LMCU you lost making money on home loan and almost tonight! Should I bank somewhere else?!?!

Ashe was great! Our needs were met (we were opening several new accounts, setting up online banking, etc.) and we were throughly informed and had products recommended to us. Our appointment ended up taking like 2 hours- Ashe was helpful, positive and kind. Called after business hours to keep me informed of an approval- no less on Christmas Eve. We appreciate you Ashe!

I would never recommend this bank. In a situation where you reach out to them, when you try to be honest and they totally disregard in your attempt to work with you. Check out other banking institutions first. Do yourself a favor.

Make sure you DO NOT have "courtesy payments" on your checking account. All it means is they keep letting you go negative in your account while charging you $30 every time you do so. Eventually you will get a letter in the mail saying that they charged you a bunch of fees as a courtesy. At least when I called to complain they were super polite.

I just wasted over 25 minutes waiting in line to deposit some checks. Both tellers had difficult customers at the counters. However the rude female manager was more concerned the 6 of us waiting were on an X instead of helping her staff. I’m thankful I don’t live in the area and have to frequent this location. If I did, I’d be changing where I banked.
