The staff is always smiling. It is a joy to come to the credit union and get all my personal business done so quickly. Very professional and know who I am as soon as I walk in. Could not ask for a better experience.

Everyone at this branch is super friendly & helpful. They always take time to help me understand my banking options.

Today, three days after XFCU switched (?) to Kinecta Credit Union and being locked out of their on line banking app, I finally was able to reach someone at this branch on Ridge Road in Greece, NY. His name is Tyler and he couldn’t have had a better demeanor or been more helpful or professional. My Pittsford NY branch not answered their phone for three days OR returned my calls either. The main number for their so called customer service places you on hold for an unacceptable length of time then gives you the option of a return call which hasn’t happened three days later. I’m under impressed with KINECTA and am seriously considering switching banks. Tyler was the only positive in this fiasco ie bank transition. I

I came in looking for a way to improve my credit. I was approved for one of their secure cards and they made it for me right there in the branch. Jessica was amazing! She explained everything in a way I understood and made the process easy. Highly recommend

I was in the other day and I can not say enough about the staff heee they are fantastic. Took care of all my needs and helped with a couple of things I didn’t even think of.

I have asked several times online and over the phone to close out my account and they have not closed it even after saying it will be closed and continue to charge me fees for having the account open.
