I had a very negative experience at this dealership with my "almost" car purchase.Went in over the weekend to test drive a car. Loved it. Only issue was they didn't have the color we wanted on the lot. They only had one color which did not work for us.The salesman checked the compute and found the car in the color that we wanted and called over to see if they still had it. They did! We put a deposit down, filled out the paperwork and was told they would call us on Monday to confirm the car wasn't damaged and when we could come in to pick it up.Monday at noon came and no word so we called them. They would call us back. We called back and was told that the car we wanted had been sold BUT we could have the one they had on the lot (in the color we didn't want). It would be in the best interest of this dealership if they were upfront on what could happen instead of having customers leaving ecstatic and then very angry and disappointed. It's all about setting expectations and that was not done. So our car search continues..and another Kia dealership will get our business.

Should have read the negative reviews before I came here. They had an rx350 listed for 32,300. Went in and test drove it, sat down to talk. Had a 2011 STS to trade in and she kept asking me what I wanted, I said brogan offered me 6500 and the kbb is between 6 and 7500 for a dealer trade. Wouldnt give me an offer, kept asking how much I wanted, eventually she punched in my info and said it was worth 4500 and when i laughed she said the difference in price was due to zip code ( I live 15 min away) Before I could even talk about price I was asked if I had bought there before, I said no, So she tacked on 800$ to the sticker price Then asked if i had served in the military to which i said no, tacked on another $900 to the sticker. Then tacked on ANOTHER $1980 for all used car to fix whatever needs fixing. Not sure how this place is still in business but services like carvana will be the end of dealers like this very very soon.

My overall experience was great! From beginning to end. Sal and Abdul were very professional and patient. Sal made it happen from start to finish. He got my in my new Kia Sorento “2019” at a great price. Abdul even delivered the car to my home drove off with the car I traded in, now that's great service. We contacted Route 23 Kia regarding a few vehicles they had advertised on the internet that we felt were reasonably priced. Joseph Dota got back to us quickly and answered all our questions. He invited us to come out to the dealership, and we asked if he could guarantee the price we saw on the internet. He did, and when we arrived, he was pleasant, frank, and did not attempt to strong-arm us into buying a vehicle, particularly at a price we were not willing to pay. This was a welcome and very relieving experience compared to other, closer dealerships we had gone to or contacted. In the end, we agreed to accept the offered deal at a reasonable price we were happy with, and left with a brand new vehicle. It was a pain-free experience, and I would recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for a new Kia. Just make sure you read your documents carefully and check for any typos - as you should on any contract!
