Me and my fiancé have been working hard to repair our credit scores. This bank lost his first credit card application and made him do a second 1 causing his credit to drop 4 points. Nice job.

Every person that works at this bank is always so helpful! I do not regret coming here. It's the hometown bank that I can always trust. They are always so nice and will get out if their way to solve any questions I have.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK for Mortgage LOANS. WORST of the WORST LOAN Officer here is MOSES. he would NOT provide/ask all the required information and files digital application as he likes. After running your credit check and pulling $500 out of my bank, then Calls me up asks if I am CITIZEN, since not now the Loan will be 80-20, not as 90-10 as discussed initially. when asked why is this change after pulling credit and money he argues which is the worst ever seen. What was he doing when i met him in the bank, why did he not ask the question earlier before filing the application? and before forwarding it to the loan processor. When loan processor requested for citizenship documents from moses he calls me up and requested me to call my bank and block the $500 application fee, but on the other hand stated he will work to convince the underwriter. Speaking to loan processor she mentioned Moses should have communicated the day while filing application for 80-20 by asking the citizenship. coming to appraisal we bought home before 1 year and the appraisal was 640k during purchase, now key banks appraisal was 630k. home prices went up but this appraiser valued our house low only god knows why. Folks here are not clear and i feel this is a scam making up application money which is not necessary. It is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING

I’ve always had a pleasant experience but I don’t have any loans through them. They’ve caught fraud charges and called me right away. Happy with my experience
