I was just in the lobby depositing a check and I had an anxiety attack and the nice teller gave me a few mints I told her I have diabetes, you’ll say anything when your ready to hit the floor 😂

I work for a company that does all their banking transactions through this location. I get my check cashed every week at this location. Went to cash my check and they asked for a second form of ID which I had never been asked for before and then proceeded to tell me that its for anything over $500 dollars which is not true as my check is always $600-$750 depending on overtime. It was an employee I had never personally had do the transaction before but she went to one of the ladies that always cashes my check with out a second form of ID and Leah (key bank employee) told her that my check is never over $500 and that's why she cashes my check. I was absolutely flabbergasted. It would have been fine to say thats a new policy but to down right just lie its an absolute put off. I will be banking else where moving forward.

I drive from Baldwinsville to this branch because of how exceptional the tellers are here! Leah goes above and beyond every single time I see her!

This branch is absolutely ridiculous. The staff members are rude and so unprofessional. Save your time and energy and go to bank that will treat you better. The reviews here speak for themselves.

Nice location. Convenient and friendly staff. Branch manager always willing to help out and go the extra mile.
