They used to have really nice tellers at this location. Recently they changed their business model and got rid of the tellers. Now all of your transactions have to be completed by a “Financial Wellness Consultant” I try to use the ATM as much as possible but the company I work for gets large checks from time to time that the ATM will not accept. I dread every time I have to walk into the bank to make a deposit because what used to take 2 minutes now takes 20. I wish they would bring the tellers back!

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They make sure to answer all of my questions and help me with my concerns. They are all very professional and take the time to help all of their customers. Thank you!
Hello Ruby - Thank you for the great review and the 5-star rating! We will forward this on to our Branch Management Team as well. Have a great day. ^DD

They couldn't even cash in my coins. I figured if a machine at the grocery store could do so, then surely a national bank wouldn't have an issue. I'll try my other bank and maybe they'll be more accommodating. Edit: I AM a client. She said I could wrap all of my coins first, which is time consuming. At US bank I can just have them cash in the bag.
Hello! For security reasons we only exchange currency for Key Clients. There is no charge for this service, and we have some great account options! Check us out at www.key.com Thanks and let us know if you have any questions! ^LH

I guess the days of good service from a bank are gone. Oh wait, just at KeyBank. I have accounts at many different banks, large and small. KeyBank is by far the worst for products they offer, customer service and for this branch where you're lucky if a competent person is there to do everyday business. We have a small business account here and went in today to add a debit card to the account. The teller instructed us to wait a few minutes for the branch manager to assist us. We head over to the branch manager and she hurriedly whispers that she is on a conference call. It will be a while. And that's it, 2 people in the whole shop. I guess everyone else has been shuffled to another branch? I haven't mentioned the hours which are even worse than most banks - 8:30-5 M-F? I will be happy to see these guys go out of business in a few years.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you are thinking of going to a Key Bank location, don't go here. I worked with Jim Bates and had a horrible experience and am still paying the price for doing so. I only visited this location based on a referral to Jim from a mutual friend. Big mistake. He over promised and way under delivered. Mirella is the bank manager and is extremely curt when I have dealt with her. When my loan was completed, that is about the time that I stopped receiving any communication back from either Jim or Mirella. I emailed them multiple times regarding my first payment and questions about my account which they eventually stopped responding to. I work and live 20-30 minutes south of this location which makes it difficult for me to visit them in person. Overall, please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Hello Chris: I'd like to find out why you rated us so low. Is there anything we can do to improve that? Please send us an email to [email protected] including your phone number and we'll be in touch. ^KeyBank Customer Care

Horrible customer service! Had to call multiple times to get to speak to a manager or a banker. Speaking to a banker was the worst 15 Minutes I’ve spent on the phone in a long time, went in circles and argued with me the whole time. Asked to be transferred to a manager, oh surprise surprise I was sent to her voicemail. Nobody there wants to try to make it right for their customers (been a customer for 14 years) going to pull our money out and go bank somewhere else where they know how to treat their customers.
Hi Linsey, This certainly isn't the type of experience we want our clients to have. I'd like to find out more about what happened. If you would send an email to [email protected] including additional details along with your contact info, I'll be in touch. ^LH

This horrible rude bank. I left my card and within minutes they destroyed it. Wouldn't take my i.d or anything. Waisted my time and money. Not even my bank. But I'll never ever ever bank or use there atm. And there insane 4$ fees. Scott is rude. There bank manager hung up on me and was insanely rude. Update. Now I'm calling to discuss how they went against there own policy. Instead of a I'm sorry. They claim to have called the police. But how. They don't know my name if they destroyed my card

Ralph Cohn has been ignoring me on a issue from October. I had an account that had Fraud. They gave me the money back I spent it. Then they reversed it and I had to send letters in and I've been waiting since October to have my account credited. I have sent emails with no reply from Ralph. The account was supposed to be closed and it keeps charging me negative money for fees. No one cares at all. Tonight the atm ate $190 cash deposit and I have to wait till Tuesday and wait 7 to 10 days for cash their machine ate. Email me I'll show you the emails as proof. On the phone with Key and they just blow you off and say we will review. Reviewing since October 2018? Stole my money from the atm. AVOID BANKING WITH THEM Already did that last night. Sent all my emails from Ralph plus the no response ones. I sent a separate one with my contact. Update: Ralph ignored me and its past disputes timeframes. They credited the negative amount and closed that account. Im out $150 on that one. The $190 requires another dispute and I have to wait 10 business days for my resolution on my cash. Avoid banking with Key Bank.
Hi Brian, This certainly isn't the type of post we like to see and I will certainly look into this for you. If you would please send an email to [email protected] including your phone number, I'll give you a call. ^LH

Literally the most archaic bank that exists- still requiring in person signatures and paper documents while the rest of the world has embraced technology. Not to mention, the ineffective and arrogant male banker that did not listen and did not follow through on my request. Do not waste your time.
Jessica, I’m sorry to hear you had this experience. To have your concerns forwarded for reviewed. Email us at [email protected] including your full account name with a contact phone number and zip code. Please include additional details on your concerns. Thank you. ^JL

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this branch, I’m not sure what the blonde bankers name is but she was extremely rude on the teller line. Refused to even give me her name. She needs a serious coaching on customer service.
Hello Miguel: This is not the type of service we strive to provide our clients and we thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we do appreciate it and have forwarded this information to our Branch Experience Team for review. ^KeyBank Customer Care
