    I can see that the staffs in this branch are trying to provide a quality service to any and all customers but you got to factor in time. If you can't help someone within an hour, you should be notifying your customer of that fact, not enticing them with multiple "wait 10 more minutes" remarks. Quality service also means respecting other people's time and schedule. Otherwise, you are just being greedy and taking advantage of your customer's need. For this, I would like to give this branch no star, if that was possible. Why didn't I walk away, you may ask. If you need something from your bank, you need their help. Beside, after spending 70 minutes, and still waiting, I have invested too much of my time to just walk away. It's sad but I must wait..... Update: A person finally came out and spent 45 seconds to notarize my document. Waited 80 minutes to receive 45-second service. Better time management is highly recommended so minimum number of people would experience what I've been through.

    I just read the reviews by others and am very surprised. I try to not go in at peak hours so I don't need to wait - such an easy change to make life easier for everyone. Everyone who has helped me has been most helpful and always answered my questions without impatience. Everyone has a concern that is important to them and we all need to realize they need good service too - which means we all have to wait our turn and will receive the same good service rather it be short or long. If we don't have time to wait, return at a different time. I have been with this branch of Key Bank since they came to this location.

    I wish I could give zero stars. My husband has been a Key Bank customer for decades, and today was the last straw. We will be switching banks. We were treated as an annoyance when we had questions about our accounts (because it seems there was an error with the timing of credits and debits). Not only did it seem like we were annoying the tellers and managers with our questions, we were told several times that we should have known certain things. Our questions were not answered, we were not helped, and we were asked to move out of line to help other customers. We were told we could wait 20 minutes to be helped or make an appointment for Monday. They were rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. So yes, this was the last straw. The other straws were little things that all added up to one sad fact: Key Bank is no longer the local, friendly, caring choice. They are a big bank that chooses to focus on their profits over their customers. We will be moving our business to a local credit union who still cares about their customers like they are people.

    They are consistently rude and have horrible customer service. I have been with them for years and it seems to be getting worse. So disappointed in their service.

    If I could give this bank negative stars I would. Not just this branch the entire key bank system is awful, antiquated and they are zero help with any and all issues! Trying to get a live person in the right department without being on hold forever is not possible. I regret how long I tolerated such lousy and disrespectful customer service. Absolutely no concern for customers. I have had many banking relationships in my time including the fact Im an ex banker myself. Never have I experienced such poor business practices and customer care!!! Take your business elsewhere, anywhere else!!

    There okay not the best service I have ever had but not the worst for this branch. The one in Oregon city is better more friendlier they call u by your first name when they have seen u a couple times its nice.
