Don't bother banking here. I came in with a jar of coins to exchange. They said only if I have an account. I'm sorry, there is a national shortage of coins and I have a jar full and your response is no thanks we don't want them unless we can take some of your money. You should be paying me a premium for bringing you coins which you need to operate. Also what bank is open 930-430pm....
Hello, financial centers accept all rolled US coin for deposit into consumer accounts. If you don't have an account you can also deposit the coin with your financial institution. Been going to this branch for over 20 years. Always impressed with their customer service. Good management and friendly staff. I think most of the negative reviews are people that are just angry at general BofA policy, not this branch specifically. They're just taking it out on the messenger. Banks have pretty strict rules these days. And most things are out of the bank manager or teller's hands. It's like that at any bank. But overall, I've been very happy with these folks. I have financed both our vehicles with them, our home, our bank account and our personal credit cards.

My husband and I made an appointment at this branch to assign beneficieries. It is the first time we are using the branch but thought that any branch should be able to do this. The BoA representative, Ritchie C.,was absolutely unprepared and unprofessional. It took 1.5 hours literally until closing! He was clearly unaware how this is done, most of the time he kept reading on his screen, kept misspelling the names, literally everything he wrote had to be corrected. At the end, we received a printout with the correct names and information. But we were left with doubts whether he did do the right thing. He told us that we will not be able to see the beneficieries online. Still, I looked at the online account when I got home and yes, I did see the beneficieries, but there were again errors in ther names! This person was dealing with sensitive information and was clearly unprofessional. This is unacceptable!

I've been banking here at this exact branch for 14 years now, both for our business and personal lines. I love their customer service and tellers and managers. And for and new accounts, business or personal banking, you would never find a nicer banker than this gal they have named Cozy. Highly recommend her, in particular. But they're all great here at this branch!

Cozette was AMAZING!!! I came in 2 minutes before closing, had to race over from work because I needed a temporary debit card. I had been notified of fraudulent activity earlier in the day and was heading out of town and needed a card. When I walked in the teller said she didn’t think anyone could help me, she asked another employee and she asked me to come back tomorrow or Friday. I explained my situation and apologized for coming in last minute and expressed I understood how inconvenient this was. Then Cozette came out and they asked her and she was HAPPY to help!! She was very personable and professional. She displayed the type of work ethic everyone should have when working with clients. Thank you so much Cozette!!!! They are lucky to have you.

I've been with Bank of America for 22 years. There is always a long line and one teller. Usually I don't say anything. Today, I complained to the teller and she directed me to the manager who stands at the door greeting people who come in. The manager tried to divert attention away from the terrible customer service by claiming that my complaint was inappropriate. When I laughed at him, he threatened to close my account.

The tellers are always friendly, which is great until you are in a long line with only one teller working. It’s a little frustrating because there are other staff in sight or greeting you as you’re in line, but they don’t open any other windows.

Everytime I come in the line has more than 5 people and one teller working. The tellers are nice...but under staffed. Other bank workers just walking around.

Every time I try to do ANYTHING I always get turned down. This branch is POINTLESS & should be closed down!! All employees here are unnecessarily rude and refuse to do their job.

This location should have stayed close. Unhelpful people like Jen. The lady in the front is overbearing and pushy.
