KeyBank 228th Ave, Sammamish

I called few times and talked to Mr. Kenneth Zuerner about few different things. He is an expert personal banker that care a lot about customers and put too much effort to give the best answer. I really appreciate his time and effort.

I love this Key Bank Branch! I go into the bank several times a week for my business, they are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and greet me by name. I have most of my personal and all of my business accounts with Key. Any time I've had a problem; lost debit card, bank fees i didn't agree with, emergency loan they were always there to help promptly.

I've had great customer service from this branch.

This is definitely the worst branch I've been to so far. On a few occasions that I've been there, they are either rude or don't know what they're doing. There was literally new employee every time I visited. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I would give zero star if I could. Worse bank ever. they are not honest and very sloppy

Bank manager watches one teller while I wait in line for a half hour

Do not bank here, an employee promised me no fees on my account then I got charged twice for $12 and the employee refused to credit my account for the charges. Worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
