KeyBank Dorchester St, Highlands Ranch

Attempted to withdraw cash from the ATM (third party bank) at this location and the machine never dispensed the money. When I went inside to attempt to resolve the matter the employees were powerless to correct the issue and could only direct me to my own bank and filing a dispute resolution. Needless to say I won't be using the ATM or any other services at any Key Bank any time soon.

In this world, there’s people who care and there’s people that couldn’t care less. Robert Lopez is a caring selfless individual who goes above and beyond. The world is a tough place right now and he found a solid solution to help me in a especially hard situation regarding my funds. He personally took care of me and made sure I would be cared for in the future. Key bank earned my respect from that one person. Thank you Robert and everyone at the highlands ranch Dorchester location. I’d drive an hour to receive their customer service

by far the worst key bank I have ever been to. they wouldn't cash my check due to my license being expired by a week and a half(keep in mind the check i have is a key bank check). as I show them my social security card along with another photo I'd and a credit card they still refused to cash my check! stating they can't cash it and no other banks will cash it with an expired license... so I take my check to the key bank off Broadway and mineral, and you wouldn't believe it. but they cashed my check! now I thought no other banks would cash my check, am I wrong? anyways that was my experience at this key bank. the bank on Broadway and mineral seems much more reliable, and courteous to their customers. next time I'm going there first.

Amazing Customer Service and Knowledge! My fiancé and I recently switched over and the customer service was amazing. We walked in and we were greeted right away. When we said we had a meeting with a banker the branch manager came over to introduce himself to us. We were asked if we wanted water or coffee and felt 100% at home there. Thank you KeyBank for putting your customers FIRST :)

Do not open a HELOC at KeyBank. They make it extremely hard to close the account and get proper documentation in an acceptable time frame when selling your property.

Great staff. Sherry and the rest of the staff always help me with any issues that arise between my multiple businesses. I've thrown some curveballs their way and they always offer great support.
