I have high expectations when it comes to response time, excellent customer service, and competitive rates. Josh was in competition with a few others when it came to rates, and he had a more extensive offering and options relative to the competition. When it came to response time and customer service, Josh was excellent. His team did a good job in managing all of the paper work, I didn't have any surprises or last minute requests.
